It's fully fenced with an exclusive road right of way access. The area comes with wide concrete roads. Ha a playground of your little ones. and a community facility with overhead water tanks. The unit comes in two doors, occupying a lot of 40 s.q.m. and a floor are of 66.05 s.q. m. , which allows for both a dining and living area, a kitchen, two bathrooms, one maters bedroom with toilet and veranda, other two bedrooms. The unit come with tiled floors and painted varnish, with community swimming pool. Day and night (24 hours) security guard.
Just 3 minutes away from the public transit going to H Mall (SM Cebu V-hire) public tricycle motorcycle and taxi outside in the subdivision area. This is the place where you can relax, comfortable and the price is affordable and reasonable.
