Get ready to relax and enjoy your time in Wells. This charming open concept cottage features 2 bedrooms, perfect for a small group of guests. Amenities include Hairdryer, WiFi, Heat/AC, Tesla Charging Station, Gas Grill and Fire Pit.

Our home is 1/2 mile to Moody Beach and 1 mile to North Beach Ogunquit. Relax in the fenced in backyard or go for a bike ride along the ocean road. Short drive to Ogunquit Center. Great family neighborhood.

We chose the neighborhood for it proximity to the beach. We love seeing everyone in the summer and the quiet of the off season.

What makes this property unique

The open space makes it great for relaxing and spending time with family. We are situated in a quiet neighborhood but still within a close proximity to beaches, restaurants and attractions.
