The civic center has out door concerts and events throughout the year as well as performing arts and a modern art museum.
2 blocks from Scottsdale stadium for the Giants spring training and the Scottsdale scorpions for fall baseball.
Chappell park is an awesome off leash park for dogs a couple miles away.
