This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers breathtaking ocean views and all the comforts of home, making it the ideal getaway for families or friends. Just steps from the amazing shops and restaurants of downtown Summerland, Summerland beach and Montecito, our unique location makes it perfectly accessible to all the top attractions! Relax, unwind and enjoy your stay!

Available for guests anytime from 8am - 8pm daily.

*Please not the spiral staircase can be tight for pets and elderly folks.
Quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am. Pets are allowed, however if there are any damages to furniture or the home this may result in additional fees.

Great time in Summerland

Very convenient place to stay! Walkable to coffee, shops, restaurants, and beach. Plenty of room inside and out.

First time in Summerland

We stayed for an extended weekend and this fit our family of 6. The pictures accurately capture the place and it was one of the cleanest rentals that we have stayed in. Loved the ocean view. Beds were comfortable. The property manager was good about communicating and staying in touch. The main downside was that the parking was a bit tight for 2 vehicles and the kitchen could have been better stocked but that is not unusual.
