The 2 bathrooms are equipped with beautiful updated showers and vanities. Experience a tremendous stay at our place and make the most of your time in Louisville. We are within walking distance to all the breweries, shops, restaurants, libraries and trails that make Main Street had to offer. 1 block away from the Simon Event Center! We are both natives of Colorado. Cody is a professional singer and Marlana is a retired professional ballet teacher who currently over sees a ballet program in our town. They have been married for 20 years and have 5 wonderful children whom they homeschool so they can travel the world together!

Cody grew up in Lousiville. We inherited this beautiful home when his mother passed from
Alzheimer’s. She was a wonderful and caring homemaker and loved caring for others. We know she would be proud of how hosting serves the community and our family.

What makes this property unique
We are a one level three bedroom home with updated beautiful bathrooms and a lovely kitchen. We are steps away from Downtown Louisville and guests are living our new hot tub. Cody takes great care of the hot tub and many of our guests have commented that it’s the cleanest hot tub they have ever been in!
