Get ready for fun-filled days in the sun and unforgettable memories!

The Space

This spacious bungalow comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with tons of room to spread out. Featuring a queen bed, twin bunk bed bed, pull-out sectional sleeper sofa, futon, and inflatable mattress, there’s tons of sleeping arrangements for the whole crew. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare quick snacks or full meals, complete with a range oven, microwave, coffee maker, and full kitchenware package. Enjoy thoughtful amenities such as free high-speed Wi-Fi, A/C, in-unit washer/dryer, 2 private verandas, fire pit, propane BBQ grill, and fun beach gear to make your stay nothing less than amazing!

We value your privacy and offer a flexible and convenient self check-in process. Keypad entry codes and check-in instructions are given 24 hours before your arrival date. We are available by phone or through the app 24/7 for any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.

Other Things to Note:

• We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

• The home has heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

• Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

• A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval.

• Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedule to accommodate these requests.

The host canceled on me at midnight of the day I was supposed to check in. I didn’t find out until I woke up to double check the address. The trip was not in “my trips”. Saw there was a message and it stated: “Reservation canceled apologize for the inconvenience”. No further explanation. I was checking in on July 2. I messaged the host and didn’t hear back for over 24 hours. We were celebrating my daughters birthday with her friends. Since it was a holiday, everything was booked on VRBO. I had to message her three times before she wrote me back and then she addressed me by a different name. I told her she messaged the wrong person because her message stated she couldn’t have us stay and I knew that already. Then she said there was a problem with the property. I called VRBO and they stated she double booked that weekend and canceled on me. She should be removed from VRBO.

Family Vacay San Diego

Overall this was a great place to stay! It slept our family of 7 comfortably. It’s a very good location to make a short walk to the ocean beach or the bay beach. Be prepared to pay to park, but we did find a convenient spot only a block or two away.

Double check your charges

Was super excited about the property! Great price and walking distance to beach. The labels all over the home were helpful and tacky all at the same time. Prior to our visit, Casey, was awesome and kind and very communicative. I felt taken care of and that we would have a great stay! We weren’t given the right code to get into the home when we first arrived but a quick call (to some other guy, I guess) made it a quick fix- no big deal. When we checked out we made sure to clean everything very well and leave it in even better shape then we found it. Here is where it gets weird. A day and a half later at 3am, I get an email telling me that I am getting a 50% discount for a pet cleanup. Ummm pet cleanup?? We didn’t have a pet or animal anywhere near the place while we were there except for the poop grass pad that was at the home next door. I reached out to Casey multiple times asking about the charge and it was always just a couple word answers as opposed to the longer and kind messages I got BEFORE the trip. He said he had to pay the maids extra because we had an animal there. Again, no animal so o asked for proof. I did not get a response and so I called Vrbo. They went to look into it and that is when Casey messaged me back. He sent a picture of a man walking a dog and the dog walked up the porch steps. 1) if you had a picture of that dog and his owner and knew when we were there then you probably could have gone back and seen the 4 of us that were actually staying there. 2) the dog legit just walked up the two steps. There is nothing else other than it walked up the steps. No pee, no poop and DEFINITELY wasn’t encouraged by us to come up on the porch let alone inside the home. We had even gone across the street to dinner and the picture was even time stamped when we were away. It was a big issue and it was as if we had done something wrong. I don’t know if we just got a killer deal and he had to make up for some of the money lost but the issue at the end for trying to charge me a pet cleanup fee really made me never want to seek out this property again- great deal or not. Make sure if you stay here to check you charges afterwards, even a few days after.

Great location with easy access to both the Beach and Bay as well as some great local food options within walking distance. The place was very clean and had comfortable bedding. All around recommend!

Family getaway

The 3 of us came for a quick stay and this was PERFECT for us! The space was in. Great location so we never had to drive anywhere, we grilled and enjoyed the weather sitting outside on the porch. This location is in the best place if you want to relax and go either to the bay or the beach! We will be coming back again!

Amazing home in an amazing location

Had a great experience here with a friend for my birthday weekend. The home I conveniently located by local restaurants, bars, and the beach! Max was great with communication and I’d definitely stay here again!
