Make yourself at home in this spacious 4-bedroom Dandridge retreat. This charming house boasts 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 full beds, and a cozy living room with two sitting areas for extra space. Enjoy the superb amenities like WiFi, heating/AC, a hot-tub, huge yard, 2 decks, 6 televisions and a custom workstation, making your stay here at Heron Hideaway truly, your home away from home. There are 2 bathrooms, a primary/shared bath and one as a Jack & Jill bathroom, both equipped with showers and hair dryers, guests will feel right at home. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Golf cart included with rental so that getting around the property is a breeze!

This space is perfect for a large gathering, reunion, corporate or church event etc. The backyard is private and big enough to pitch several tents. There is also room for RV parking at additional as well as other rental homes on the same 12 acre property.

We are located within a 30 minute drive to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. We have a full service marina and restaurant onsite and offer pontoon boat rentals as well as boat and trailer parking and a boat launch as well.

Online communication is terrible

So I made the original reservation in Oct for a four bedroom house as I had seven people in my party. In Nov I got a message that they double booked the place I was staying for the first night, but they had another house that could easily sleep 8 for me to stay at and would give me a 100 dollar discount for the night. I figured hey accidents happen no big deal and I’ll gladly take the discount Fast forward to the day of check in and I’m half way in a five hour trip for my family vacation when I get a text saying my campers Are ready. I’m confused as I’m not staying in campers I’ve booked a house that can sleep eight and comes with a kitchen that I can cook in. Nope they apparently forgot to reserve my house I was supposed to stay at and decided to break up my family and stick them in campers for the night. Without telling or asking me. These are tiny campers that while you might be able to stick four people in no one would be comfortable or sleep well, definitely aren’t cooking and only one person is standing up at a time We told them the campers were unacceptable and asked for them to pay for our dinner for the night as we couldn’t cook in the kitchen we were expecting to have and pay for a hotel room, they did give us vouchers to thier restaurant on the property and the meal was amazing. But they refused to pay for a hotel room for my family for the night and because of thier mistake I was left having to pay out of pocket. Overall the property was nice when you got th

From Texas, currently residing in South Carolina but East TN is definitely my home away from home! We operate 4 marinas in SC and TN but Swann's Marina & Campground have always had my heart. We currently have 12 vacation rental properties located on the well maintained grounds.

I love the water, I love the mountains. Swann's Marina allows me to enjoy both. Swann's Marina is also rich in history and as a history nerd, this is something I really appreciate!

What makes this property unique

This home has been completely gutted and remodeled. The craftsman is impeccable and we were really able to capture the history of the marina using dock boards, remnants that washed up from Helene as well as some very special pieces of furniture and antiques that we have been hanging onto to, just for this home!
