Castle villa is located at the crest of a hill with views down the valley to the marine park and gorgeous sunsets

This is a unique style of house with towers and a lovely mature garden, fish ponds and jacuzzi with waterfall and views.

There are 4 double bedrooms (with air-conditioning) and 4 bathrooms. All rooms with TV. The bedrooms are located in the towers and the living areas in between.

On the ground floor is a kitchen with cooking facilities - leading out onto the terrace with table and large jacuzzi.

On the first floor is the living room with TV/Stereo/DVD and on the terrace between the towers a large dining area (seating for 12)

All rooms and terraces have uninterrupted views of the the green hills and palms to the distant gulf of thailand.
In the huge garden is a large covered sala with swimming pool - the pool has a swim behind waterfall and sun terrace.
The garden is populated with fruit trees,palms and orchids - highlighted with sculptures and ponds and a waterfall. Very romantic!

One of the nicest and quietest beaches on Koh Samui is only a few minutes drive from the villa. Massage shops and local shops and restaurants are nearby and the airport is only 40 minutes away.
Large supermarkets can be reached in 25 minutes.
House Rules: Price is based on the maximum of 6 guests. Cleaning is provided twice a week during your stay. If you need extra cleaning sessions they will be charged at Euro25 .
You are welcome to use all the facilities of the villa; we only ask that if you have a problem or something gets broken you let us know.
Access to the pool and waterfall pump room is restricted - no climbing on the waterfall rocks or behind the waterfall
No smoking inside the villa
Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at B7.5 per unit. Average daily consumption based on 6 people sharing, would equate to B100 per person per day. Water is also charged as per the meter.
