Beautiful, 2 bedroom 2 bath, family owned top floor condo. Our condo is ocean front with a gorgeous view of the Atlantic. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise and listening to the waves. You can also enjoy watching boats go in canal from the deck off the master bedroom. When you head to the beach enjoy our private beach access. When you are ready to explore we are a short walk (1/2 mile tops) to the board walk and lots of great restaurants.

A+ Location and Property!

I loved this place and would stay again! Communication was great and met or exceeded expectations! I loved the daily umbrella and chairs and cannot recommend enough how exceptional this detail is. The fact that it is within walking distance of the Sea Witch, Nollie’s and Stoked puts it over the top. Yes, there are a few stairs to climb to get to an awesome view at the top, but the fact that there’s wine, ice and filtered water available, plus the fact that there is incredible food and entertainment easy to get to, should make packing easier!

Perfect weekend stay!

My partner and I were able to book this wonderful spot for our anniversary weekend. Kristi was a fantastic host and although we never met her in person, communication with her was flawless. There's parking available for two vehicles, but we just brought one compact SUV and had no problem getting in and out of our spot. As the listing states, this is on the third floor (3 flights of stairs), but it really was not that bad considering we were out for most of the day. The location itself is also amazing. Not too close to the boardwalk so it's nice and quiet with direct access to the beach (with free chairs and an umbrella! This was SO CLUTCH!). But it's also close enough for a quick walk to the mini mart for amazing breakfast sandwiches/burritos and also a quick walk to restaurants and the boardwalk. I can't believe we were able to land this spot in August and can't wait to be back. We miss sitting on the balcony in the mornings and nights enjoying the sounds and sights of the water.

Fantastic property

My family has stayed in this room for the past 3 years. It's very clean, great location, great view, and the host is very responsive and helpful. Highly suggested to stay here if you are planning a CB trip.

Amazing view!

Such a beautiful place in a great location! So close to restaurants and shops. Amazing view! The kids loved our time there. The place is very comfortable and has everything you need- including a closet full of beach accessories! Such a fantastic touch having beach chairs set up for us every day!

Exactly as advertised. Wish there was an elevator for the 3rd floor but would definitely stay again. Owners were super attentive and responded within minutes.

Great Carolina Beach location

Great time at the beach

Jeff and Kristi have a great property in Carolina Beach. Very comfortable and you cannot beat the view. Very accommodating with our schedule and arrival time. It will definitely be a property we consider for a return trip.

Great Place to Stay!

Wonderful ocean views, direct access to beach, conveniently stocked with everything my family of 4 could need, and great location to my favorite shops and restaurants. The standing rental with the umbrella and chair co. made our trips out to the beach each day SO much easier. It was a true luxury to have everything setup for us and taken down each day. Super host!

Condo was absolutely cute and so comfortable. Stairs were a nightmare for us since we are older and have knee problems. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone, unless you have knee and back problems due to the stairs. Will not be disappointed.

Great property, super convenient to the beach and short walk downtown. Very well stocked kitchen and supplies. One (minor) negative is that the toilets/showers could have been cleaned better before we arrived.

Perfect CB Getaway!!

This has been our favorite condo we’ve stayed at in CB! Great location, extremely well stocked, and amazing hosts! The only things I wish we had were blackout curtains in the guest room because that 6am sun comes right in the window and a shower wand in the bathroom instead of just the head would’ve been nice. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the hosts make sure to accommodate needs and go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

What an amazing week my sister and I had at Carolina Beach in the perfect condo! This place was beautiful from the inside to the outside. Birthday Trip

My family and I visited for my daughter's birthday. We all absolutely loved staying here, close to everything but far enough out of the way that it was peaceful. The views were beautiful and we all agree that this has been our favorite vacation location we've been too so far.

Great getaway spot

We loved the cable railings on the deck that allowed wonderful views of the ocean. We were able to walk to the boardwalk easily. Owners were very kind and accommodating.

Enjoyable getaway

I needed a short getaway to de-stress and this property fit the bill. This condo was well appointed and clean. The stocked wine bar was an added plus to my stay. I enjoyed being right on the beach with an amazing view of the ocean. I missed the sunrises because the bed was so comfortable, but I did get to see some amazing sunsets. Needless to say, i had a very relaxing stay. Great hosts. They thought of everything to make my stay enjoyable.

Awesome view

This condo is perfect for small group. The deck is great if the sand is not your thing. The umbrella and chairs on the beach were an added benefit. Only downside was how tall the beds were. Our daughter and I are under 5’2” and the queen was definitely difficult for her to get up on while the king was higher than I am accustomed to. However, we managed. They are not kidding when they say overside vehicles are not good. Overall, it was a wonderful long weekend.

Great Room, book it!

This is the 2nd year in a row we have rented this room. It is very clean, great view, and great location. Close enough to the boardwalk to walk there, but no so close that the noise will keep you up at nights. Book this room, you will not regret it.

Fantastic views!

We spent lots of time enjoying the fantastic views from the balcony overlooking the ocean. The supermoon was gorgeous over the water! Condo was very clean and comfortable. We also loved the close proximity to the boardwalk from the condo. We walked there several times. But we were still far enough away that we weren’t bothered by any noise from it. Enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.
