Lovely one bedroom, one bath condo on the ground floor ideally located near village and lifts. Unit is also close to outdoor hot tub and pool which is heated and open in the winter. Near free common laundry area. Enjoy indoor parking and ice skating on the pond out back. Easily walk to the village to enjoy cocktails and dinner at your choice of several nice restaurants. If you're traveling during the summer check the Stratton website for events like concerts and festivals.

Fall 22

First time using VRBO for rental @ Stratton and process was seamless. Property was reserved just two days in advance and we heard from property managers immediately regarding check-in questions. When we arrived, keys were available as stated. The condo is in a perfect location and was clean, warm and cozy. Fall colors were amazing!! A wonderful experience - look forward to our next visit.

Good option for our short ski trip

The property was as advertised and very convenient to the Stratton slopes and village. We loved the thick towels. Indoor parking was great. A few minor check-in issues were handled immediately by the owner.

Clean, comfortable and great location

Unit was clean and comfortable. It's in a great location across the street from the village. Beds comfortable and sheets and towels fluffy and clean. The two queen beds worked perfect for myself, husband and 2 kids. No one had to sleep on an uncomfortable pull out couch. Will definitely stay again.

Short ski trip

We had a great stay! The location couldn’t be more convenient—directly across from the village at the base of Stratton. We enjoyed our time on the slopes, in the hot tub, at the shops and restaurants in the village, and some quiet time in the condo.

We gad a great time

The place is conveniently located to everything. Skiing and the village are just a short walk after you exit the building. And the pool and hot tub are on the same level as the unit. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location close to the village and ski lifts. Nice clean place which is all you can ask for during these crazy Covid times. Will return and would highly recommend dealing with the Blakes in the future! Extremely courteous and accommodating!

Warm, cozy retreat next to village

Our family with 3 kids ages 11 and under stayed here to ski and see local friends. It was cute, cozy, directly across street from village and near ski area. Loved relaxing in evenings next to gas fireplace. Bring bath toiletries and food, place has towels, dishes, pots and pans, bed linens. Across from laundry room and near outdoor hot tub, elevator, ski lockers. A great stay!

Great location in the mountains

We stayed here for nearby hiking on the Appalachian trail. Clean unit. Underground parking. Well maintained. Limited restaurant open Monday and Tuesday in early September. Get instructions from owner on the operation of televisions.

Great place, only problem was no soap. It was 89 degrees and after dragging our stuff in, just wanted to take a shower. NO soap! Have never stayed at a place without soap!

Comfy & Convenient

Love the convenience of this property to all the events and fun Stratton has to offer. Directly across the street from the Stratton Village and all it's shops and restaurants and of course, THE SLOPES!! I would recommend this location anytime of the year.

Amazing Experience

This was our first trip to Stratton Mtn and we loved every minute of it. We will be sure to go back! The amenities were great and such a wonderful atmosphere.
