Unwind in Ocean City at this lovely cottage. Thoughtful coastal vibe enhances this 900 sf home with everything you could possibly need for your vaca. This amazing property features 2 cozy bedrooms with a queen bed and a full bed each, plus a queen pull out couch in the living area, Perfect for a small 4 guests. Enjoy the convenience of AC, WIFI, and a fully equipped kitchen during your stay with full dining room and coffee bar. Living room can be closed off for watching the 44" Roku enabled TV. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower and a hairdryer for your convenience. Sit on the front covered porch and watch the action on Golf Course rd. or relax on the back deck with dining seating and BBQ grill for more privacy. Beach chairs and out door games are next to the Washer Dryer near the back private entrance. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place with so many great bars and restaurants within walking distance, not to mention the commercial pier. Shopping is all within 5 minutes with more restaurants to choose from. Drive to the inlet for a wide beach & boardwalk in 7 minutes or head to Assateague State & National parks for a more natural beach day within 15 minutes.

My husband and I have lived in OC for over 40 years - he came directly from Italy and I grew up in Western MD. We owned restaurants in the area for the past 35 years and recently sold our last one and want to take sometime to enjoy the simpler things in life. We enjoy traveling, especially back to Italy. We appreciate good food and wine, and especially sharing it with family and friends. We know this town very well, and can help you make the most your your time here if you need any advice; we are a text, email, or phone all away!

We like West OC because it's not as hectic as being in OC. You are in the heart of it so walking to some of the best restaurants is a plus!
What makes this property unique
Location location location- again the heart of West OC and also 10-15 minutes to Assateague or Berlin. Walk to the commercial harbor or the many bars and restaurants.
