All of the units are clustered around either the scenic harbor, the lake or the tennis courts and have delightful views. A "harborside" pool with adjoining party gazebo, gas barbecue grills with covered picnic facilities and jogging paths around the perimeter of the project have also been provided.

Fishing rods, kayaks, and bikes are available in the storage room to borrow free of charge as long as they are properly treated and returned as found

NOTE: The months of January, February and March require full month bookings (no weekly or daily bookings). If the calendar shows that a portion of one of these months has been booked, please inquire with manager to possibly arrange to rent the remainder of that month. Otherwise, any request for a partial month will be declined. ALSO: Security/damage deposit for these months will be $1000.00.
