About this property

4 Minute Walk To The Beach!

This is a charming, newly remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath property with huge brand new front patio within 4 minute walk to the beach and trail and 10 minute walk to the pier, downtown and Amtrak. The property is located on a quiet residential street and has off street parking.
The entire home has travertine-like tile throughout and is bright and happy. The bedroom and living room open to a large brand new patio with seating and umbrellas.
There is wifi, 55" smart TV, DVD and sound bar in the living room with sliding doors that open to the large front patio. There is a gas log fireplace and queen sleeper sofa.
The kitchen has new stainless appliances, gas range, ice maker and dishwasher. It is well equipped with all utensils.
There is a king bed (can be made up as 2 twins) in one bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen murphy bed, kitchenette and seating. It has a sliding door opening to rear patio table and gas barbeque.
Both bathrooms are freshly tiled with glass shower doors. The garage has a ping pong table, foosball and all the beach stuff and washer/dryer.

Great San Clemente location
We loved our stay here. Downtown and the beach in walking distance. Quiet neighborhood and ideal accommodations. All we could have wanted for our trip to Cali for our son's wedding.

September horse show
We stayed in San Clemente for a horse show we were competing in. Location was great!! Diane was amazing about communicating the parking details etc. Upstairs neighbors were also lovely

We had a great time. Diane was so helpful and her place has everything we needed. It' s also in the best location. Close to family friendly beaches and great food!! Try Sanchos Tacos if you go...YUM!

Another great stay!
This is our second stay at this wonderful house and we can't say enough about the experience! The location is walking distance to the beach and so close to a range of restaurants and shops. The house is clean and stocked with just about anything you need - from the fully stocked kitchen where you can actually cook a meal to laundry detergent and paper products to get you started to plenty of beach towels. Garage is loaded with chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and more. Street is fairly quiet with typically neighborhood traffic and people walking to the beach. We can't wait for our next visit.

My kids loved the house and the game room in the garage and the walk to the beach. We walked to the downtown area and had crepes for breakfast one day. Thank you for a great week!

We Will stay here again
Our host was very attentive and responded to our (very few ) questions immediately. The neighborhood was quieter than we expected, parking was never a problem , and the location allows great beach access, close to Old San Clemente and easy access to the freeway.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Comfortable, clean, well stocked! The location was great, you can walk to the beach as well as the Main Street with the restaurants and shopping. Diane was the best host. Very easy to reach and quick to respond. We would love to stay again on our next visit to San Clemente.

We stayed with 2 other couples & loved every minute! It’s a 10 min walk to the beach & this property offers a great location, friendly neighbors & a lovely patio area. Diane had extra boogie boards, chairs and kites for beach activities & makes sure that you are well taken care of!

What a lovely spot for a beach getaway
Diane's home truly feels like a home. She's thought of everything: plenty of towels, comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, well-appointed bathrooms, plenty of off-street parking and even a live orchid on the coffee table. My 84 year-old mother said that this is the nicest rental home she's ever stayed in and she's a world traveller. We will definitely be back!

Diane's house is beautiful and comfortable and we wanted for nothing! Really appreciate that we didn't have to lug two pack n plays from AZ for our kids, too! The highchair was an added bonus. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the patio and enjoying the weather. We're already talking about coming again.

Great location in a magical community
Walkability, great amenities/supplies and a quiet neighborhood are the keys to this San Clemente rental. We had no issues with our upstairs neighbors at all, but note that the sound travels easily. If you’re a noisy brood, plan to stay elsewhere to maintain the quiet all around you. The patio was excellent!

Our week visit to San Clemente was fantastic due to how great this vacation rental was! Fully stocked and very comfortable for our family of 4. The large patio was our favorite spot to hang and enjoy the perfect weather. Our kids loved the garage, equipped with a ping pong and foozball table, boogie boards and sand toys. Loved every minute of our stay.

We went to the beach in San Clemente for many years when our three sons were growing up and have many fond memories. We love the area and feel fortunate to have a home here. We live about twenty minutes away and love coming here. When we retire it is totally possible that we will move here.
