Apartment with great location and off street parking in heart of Broad Ripple

The unit is an extremely clean and comfortable two bedroom apartment in Broad Ripple. All amenities are there including two plush queen beds, stereo, CD, radio, two smart flat screen tv’s and wifi. It has a kitchen, eating area, and spacious family room. Parking is off street in the back. You are walking distance from many restaurants, nightlife, coffee shops, the Broad Ripple Canal and the Monon Trail. There is bus service in front of unit to downtown. Comfortable patio with a fire pit and charcoal grill is outside your door.

A Gem

A great location with so much in walking distance. The apartment was spotless and had comfortable furniture and beds. Our host was easy to contact. A deal for the property quality and location. I would stay here again.

An awesome host in a great neighborhood

Bruce was so welcoming and the rooms were great. We enjoyed the local restaurants and public transport into downtown is only a couple blocks away. I'd definitely book again next time in the area!

Great for a weekend stay

This property was so cute inside and out. The art on the garage and the outside flower area were gorgeous. Inside felt very homey and was very clean. Bathroom had a care package with extra toiletries we might've forgotten. Communication with host was quick and easy. Would absolutely stay here again when traveling to Indy. Thank you!

Nice neighborhood and property

Three of us stayed for Memorial weekend. The property is located in a very nice neighborhood that is close (walking distance) to restaurants and bars. Nice clean place with everything you need for your stay.

Great weekend!

My sister and I were in town to see a show for for the weekend and this place was perfect - walking distance to great restaurants and cute neighborhood, easy driving to other places we were headed. Property owner Bruce was responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back!

Cute area! Restaurants within walking distance!

Two queen beds. Basement unit of home with separate entrance. Refrigerator, nice TVs. Owner is nice and helped us with a restaurant choice. Clean. Coffee pot. Broad Ripple neighborhood.

All the Comforts of Home

The property is very nice. It is clean and comfortable. The location is great for getting around Broadripple. It was fully stocked with anything we could have possibly needed. We would definitely book this location again.

Anniversary getaway

We had a wonderful weekend getaway in Broad Ripple. Check in was a breeze. Bruce was an attentive host. The apartment was clean with comfortable furnishing. Great jumping off point

Really enjoyed our stay. Wouldn't cook a full meal there but great restaurants and activities a short walk or drive so didn't need to!

Short jaunt to see a band

Lovely home in a great location.

The title says it all! The property manager is very easy to contact and the space has all the amenities needed for a great stay. Very close to walk to dining and entertainment and a great base for access to museums and parks.
