Located just minutes from the seven mile long beaches of Old Orchard Beach, shops, restaurants, golf, family fun and lighthouses, our home affords you a perfect destination for a family gathering or a get together with friends.

With three levels, there is space for everyone. The house is fully handicapped accessible with wide doorways, an entrance ramp in the garage and an accessible bedroom and bathroom on the first floor.

There is a four season sunroom to enjoy the summer breezes, a yard to play games or a front porch to sit and just relax with a cocktail. There is gas grill for summer barbeques and an outside fire pit for roasting marshmallows. The AC keeps you cool in the summer months.
