About this property

Our corner is very comfortable and modern. has a nautical decoration. Our family enjoyed the beaches as much as being in the apt. we have wifi and sky. In the bedroom there is 1 double bed with bonel spring box, 1 retractable bunk bed, air conditioning, smart TV. Living room with 1 double sofa bed and ceiling fan, cable-TV, dining table. Full kitchen with microwave oven, refrigerator duplex, electric stove, blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker, toaster, stove, washer / dryer. The garage is large and we have a spacious garage space next to the elevator. The condominium has a recreation area with swimming pools, a sauna that can be used by the guests. The barbecue can be used by scheduling with the caretaker. Below the leisure area there is a gate with direct exit to the Beach.

Excelente apartamento

Adoramos a nossa estadia. O apartamento é exatamente o que está nas fotos. Tudo limpinho, equipado e aconchegante. Excelente atendimento do Sr. Wlademir, super atencioso conosco do início ao fim. Adoramos o lugar! Certamente voltaremos.

Ótima Hospedagem

O administrador Wladimir é super atencioso, prestando toda atenção conosco nos atendendo até tarde da noite e suprindo todas as nossas necessidades, nos sentimos em casa. O apartamento é muito bom , somente a cama do quarto muito leve e dura e não disponibiliza de berço, mas os sofás camas são maravilhosos e atenderam a demanda com a nossa bebê. Estadia excelente! Obrigada por esse final de semana incrível. Kelma.

Exatamente como nas fotos, vista sensacional. Proprietários super solícitos, sempre dispostos a resolver qualquer tema de qualquer assunto do apartamento e região. Tirando o inconveniente da região em período de fim de ano (um pouco de restrição de água), tudo perfeito. Apartamento tem toda a infraestrutura para atender quem procura conforto com localização privilegiada (pé na areia). Tudo funcionando plenamente. Obrigado ao Sr. Wladimir e sua esposa, Débora.

O melhor apartamento que já aluguei, super equipado tudo muito limpo e organizado, móveis novos, Sr. Jó e dona Lúcia super atenciosos e prestativos, só tenho a agradecer a Debóra e Wlademir pela nossa estadia, eles se preocuparam com cada detalhe deixaram um roteiro com locais a ser visitados, passeios, restaurantes, hospital, tinha até uma caixinha de primeiro socorros, foi tudo perfeito.
