There was air of things that needed attention to and we had trouble with tv working and the WiFi I called the owner no answer I message him he said he changed the WiFi and didn’t update the info no reply on anything else I asked

Came for a Wedding
Our family came for a wedding in Roswell and stayed for the fun. The property was a perfect location for all of our activities. The home is an older home, but our family enjoyed its character. We did not do any cooking there--just warming things in the microwave as we ran to different activities so I cannot to speak to how well the kitchen is stocked for families wanting to cook up a family dinner. The owner, Jeff, was easily accessible on VRBO and by telephone if we had any issues or questions. I would caution that the washer and dryer are in the basement. The stairway is narrow and the handrail does not come all of the way to the top. This was not an issue for us, but might be for some people. Overall, we attended a fun wedding and spent some great family time together.

We enjoyed staying at the place for a week. The beds were comfortable; nice mattresses. We cooked most of our meals during the week and were pleased with the well stocked kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes. The WiFi router was recently updated and we worked through the password on the first day.

Family Trip for Nearby Sporting Event
Very disappointed with our stay. The description of the home suited our needs for a family traveling with a small child and elderly grandparents. The pictures accurately represented the property and I took note of the previous reviews; that the home decor was dated and a hodgepodge of items from Goodwill. Not a big deal, we don’t need fancy. However, we do need safe and clean accommodations. To our dismay, the home was not properly cleaned from the previous renters that had left the same day we checked in. The floors were not clean and rugs were not vacuumed. Bottle caps all over the ground outside. A kitchen knife was left by the grill outside (again, traveling with 4 year old that was playing in that same area). The towels and linens were old and tattered. Most of the lightbulbs were burned out in the rooms. Broken curtain rods and blinds, missing tv remotes, and there was a leak in a utility pipe that caused flooding in the laundry area. Could not connect to the WiFi for the first 2 days because the network and password changed. This was not updated in the posted info at the property or in the app. The worst part was that home was infested with roaches and other bugs. We immediately contacted the owner regarding all of these issues. We were staying 5 nights. At the very least we asked for pest control to come. They never came. Unfortunately, rather than respond appropriately and provide a resolution, Jeff suggested that my family move. Shameful.

Great location for a great price
This property is a quant house nestled in a quiet area close to town. My boys had sporting events that were split with one in Cumming and the other at LakePoint (Cartersville), so we wanted to be between the two. This location gave us that at a great price with 4 bedrooms.

We stayed at this house when our floors were being refinished. We loved that it was in our current school district. It was very clean, quiet, and the beds were comfortable! Exactly what we needed!

Handyman's special
This is a run down property with old everything and a hodgepodge of decorating possibly left over from a grand parent and yard sales. Old plastic flowers, plant and fruit decorations are everywhere in every room and on the outside of the house. No soap in the bathrooms and kitchen and no kitchen towels or wash cloths. The lawn service mowed dead grass sending dry grass and dirt over everything including all the patio furniture.This is the worst and least appealing place I have stayed in. Thank heaven all the applicances worked and the beds were very good. The price was outlandish for the quality.

Great place for baseball tournament
We were in town for the perfect game tournament, we needed a place to house our family + dog +2 friends. Kitchen was well equipped yard was great, and if you love dogs there are 2 cute ones next door that love scratches. Central to all our games and nice to come home to and relax. Would absolutely book again.

Walking distance to Roswell’s Canton Street
Perfect! Location, amenities, cleanliness, spacious. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Huge back yard and awesome covered porch. The basement was a bonus, like a girl or man cave when the girl cousins wanted to sing loudly. They had a blast. Served us well in celebrating our granddaughter’s graduation. Walked to downtown quaint Roswell (just about 1 mile). Communication with Jeff was efficient and checking in and out was a breeze. Definitely would return.

Nice place for pet freindly house.
Big back yard and front yard for pets to walk around. Owner was able to communicate quicky with any issues. The backyard is mostly fenced on sides and natural brush.

We were in Atlanta for our son's competitive baseball tournaments. This home was roomy and the location to most of our baseball fields was within 30 minutes or less. We loved the close proximity to downtown Roswell with their cute shops and great restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe!

Property is an older home in a very nice neighborhood. It was well located for the event we were attending. Condition of the house was average at best. Owner had to find a last-minute cleaner due to an illness with their regular person. Job was not complete. Laundry was still in the washing machine and the dryer. We made do, but could’ve been a much better experience.

A Clean and Affordable place in Roswell
We had a small issue with not getting the access code prior to our arrival. They responded quickly and we were able to get in and they even sent the kids a care package of snacks, which they loved! The house is older with a lot of knick knacks and furniture which makes it feel dated and can be an issue if there are smaller children with you. They certainly are working on upgrading it. The manager was responsive and easy to work with and the place worked out well for us visiting friends! If you plan on having a big group, there was limited silverware, but other than that the place was equipped and clean and in a great location to local restaurants!
