This updated 2180 square foot, 2 story townhome lives like a single family home. 2 bedroom/ 2 1/2 bath with outdoor patio to enjoy the beautiful lakeside views, internet, AC, and washer/dryer. Enjoy the 2 mile walk around the neighborhood. Centrally located with a 10 minute drive to the beach and 15 minutes to downtown Naples and the Mercato shopping/dining area.

Our HOA requires a background check be conducted. Cost to renter is $150 to be paid separately to the HOA.
