20280 N 52nd Dr. Glendale, AZ 85308 This beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located on a Private lake in Glendale. There is a great view of the lake from the master bedroom suite or the backyard and patio. Sit in the pool and relax while enjoying the lake view. Or, fish from your private boat dock. You can also cruise the lake in a private pedal boat (life preservers provided).

Hint, if you're thinking of a longer stay booking for 30 days lowers lodging taxes by about 8%, it becomes a long term stay. 29 days will not get the reduction, it has to be 30 days.

The well designed, split floor plan is great for families, couples, or business groups. The Great Room has a gas fireplace, 65 inch HDTV mounted over fireplace and a DVD player. Eat-in Kitchen comes equipped with coffee maker, blender, mixer, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, etc.

Master bedroom suite has a king sized bed and a large master bath featuring a separate shower and garden tub. Second and third bedrooms include queen sized beds. Just completely re-furnished with everything in the house new and fresh. Mattresses, linens, appliances, outside furniture, everything!!!

All three bedrooms feature pillow-top mattresses, ceiling fans and walk-in closets. Home has free high speed wireless internet (so bring your laptops) Outside also features a pedal boat and life preservers, a fenced pool, gas barbeque, covered patio with furniture, and private boat dock.

We are conveniently located near the 101 freeway with easy access to Sky Harbor Airport and numerous activities including public golf courses, Cardinals Stadium, Westgate, Spring Training Stadiums, shopping, and restaurants.

The previous owners had this house on VRBO and set the bar pretty high judging by their reviews. We'll do our best to keep up the high standards. We take pride in providing a clean, fresh place for you to enjoy. Everything in the house is new. We hope you'll like it.

A Gem in Glendale
Beautiful Lakehouse equipped with everything you need. Easy drive from PHX and very conveniently located to shopping, dining and entertainment. The Mastersuite bed slept heavenly and the view was amazing. We ran too much to enjoy all the great things this home has to offer Craig was great!

Delightful Glendale home with pool & lake views!
We had a delightful stay at this Arrowhead home to move our son in at Arizona Christian University! Loved the pool, the AC, & the lake views. Beds were very comfortable! The owner provided lots of great tips on places to eat! We especially enjoyed Babbo's Italian Eatery by Safeway! Great Monday/Tuesday deal of spaghetti & meatballs for $6.99!

Perfect size, great location to stay at (easy access). Pool was nice to have in hot AZ summer. Place nicely equipped, didn't have to look for anything. Would be a great place to stay again.

A Great Place to Stay.......
I stayed in the house after not being able to get into the resort hotel where the rest of my graduation classmates were booked. LUCKY ME! The house was absolutely wonderful. My daughter, my bestie, and I all had our own rooms, the lake was scenic (too bad we didn't get a chance to use the paddle boat, but next time, DEFINITELY. Craig was able to help me get into the house even though I arrived late in the evening, and the drive to and from my graduation festivities was amazing. I felt great staying there, and I highly recommend this property and Craig to all y'all. He even recommended some great places to eat. This was quite a jewel in my graduation crown and I thank Craig and his property for adding so richly to my experience (tiny white spiders and all!).

Absolutely loved our stay! Our host was wonderful. He reached out more than a week in advance, I usually have to contact host many times before they get a hold of me. The house was spotless and sweet little info notes all around to help us settle in and make our stay enjoyable. Pool was lovely for some Montana people looking for SUN! Definitely coming back!!!

The owner Craig responded quickly to questions. The house had everything you might need to cook, hike and explore God's kingdom. He accurately represented everything about the house and there were not any surprises. The house is in a very quiet and peaceful community. The house very well stocked with everything you could need. Location was great. Pool was very clean but cold. Host was awesone at communicating and sent us a lot of useful info. The negatives are that the carpets in the bedrooms were extremely dirty. Gave us a yucky feeling looking at them. The metal fencing outside is rusted right through in several spots. Overall our experience was very nice.

This house in Glendale was the perfect home base for us to explore the city, Grand Canyon, Sedona, several disc golf courses and hikes. The house had all of the space and amenities we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and having coffee available was a nice touch. Thanks for the wonderful stay!!

This was our first visit to Arizona! The house was absolutely perfect! We loved sitting out on the patio watching the birds and fish jump. The pool was a great place to float and relax. The kitchen had everything you needed and then some! We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property, hosted by Craig which has amazing communication. The views are amazing and relaxing. This house is fully equipped with everything you can just about imagine. My children enjoyed the paddle boat, fishing and swimming. The home felt like my home. Very comfortable, peaceful and relaxing. I will definitely book again when in town. Don’t pass this listing. It was a smooth stay!

I had a great experience staying here. Neighborhood is quiet. This house is stocked with everything you can imagine for your stay. I was really impressed with what the owners had thought of.
