About this property

A balcony (which can be accessed from the living room or bedroom) with fantastic views, an open floor plan and excellent Sports Village facilities make our condo a perfect get away. Our 750 square foot condo is easy access and includes use of a garage. The condo includes free Wifi and there is no condo above you. The sofa in the living room converts to a queen bed and there is a king bed in the bedroom. There is also a recliner in the living room. Also the condo has two cable TVs, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, stove/oven, cookware, washer and dryer and a garden tub in the bathroom. The TV in the living room is a flat screen with DVD player in the TV for your movie watching. Many DVDs to choose from. They are located above the desk in the living room. The other flat screen TV is located in the bedroom.

So why stay in a hotel when you can relax in our condo with all the amenities of a resort. There are 2 tennis courts, 2 Pickle Ball courts, 2 racquetball courts, 2 swimming pools (one of which is adults only), Jacuzzi, a kid’s playground, sand volleyball court, shuffleboard courts, indoor miniature golf, billiards, foosball, ping-pong and a fitness center. Sports Village is located on 10 acres with many walking paths. There is a boat/RV storage facility available. Please contact the clubhouse for current rates and availability if you want to store your boat/RV. Please click on the calendar button to verify if the dates you wish to rent are available.

St George is just 1 hour away from Zion, 1 ½ hours to Cedar Breaks National Park, 147 miles to Bryce National Park and 277 miles to the Grand Canyon. There are many local and state parks located in St. George as well.

St. George has many public golf courses and if gambling interests you, Mesquite Nevada is only 40 minutes away.

Perfect spot for a softball tournament stay

I’ve stayed in the same complex but not this unit before. This unit has a nice carpeted balcony with a great view. House was clean and in great order and was the perfect spot for my daughter and I to attend her softball tournament. Thank you!

Quiet & Comfortable

We enjoyed the security for our bicycles that the unit's garage provided. Access from our car was easy with just two steps to navigate. The rear deck was quiet and had a good view. The bed was very comfortable as were the furnishings. We were both surprised as to how quiet the location was even on Memorial Day weekend when the Sports Village seemed fully occupied. Laura was quick to respond to our questions and went out of her way to mail us a three way plug we left behind when we departed. We would stay here again and look no further should our travels bring us to Saint George in the future.

Quiet, comfortable one bedroom condo

Wonderful visit to St. George! Property was just what we needed for a couples get away from the stresses of life. Location was quiet but close to planned activities. Only reason I gave a lower review on the “neighborhood” is because the facilities at Sports Village are starting to age. (ie broken tiles around pool and such). The condo itself is somewhat dated but well cared for. Will stay there again!

Great value and location

The space in this one-bedroom condo is used very well. It was super clean. It has the view of a second-floor unit, but the easy access of a first-floor unit due to the elevated walkway from the parking lot. The garage was awesome for storing our bikes! The hot tub in the common space was nice and warm and felt great after a long day of riding on trails that were very close by. My only complaint is that I couldn't find much in the way of checkout instructions. Hopefully I met the owner's expectation. Would definitely.stay here again.

quiet, clean & comfortable

My wife & I have stayed here every year for about the last ten years. We haven't found any flaws yet. Its just a nice cozy condo. There are two amenities it has that a lot of others don't. There are no stairs to get there and there isn't any units above it. The owners are responsive always if needed.

Great condo and location

We had a great time! This condo was very affordable and the perfect location for all our needs. The only complaint I have is the floor was a little dirty. The whole condo seemed really clean. But we have a little 11 month old that was crawling on the floor and would come up with dirty hands and pants. I wouldn’t have noticed it was dirty though if my baby wasn’t down crawling.

Everything was wonderful.

Condo was very clean. Nice patio to enjoy. Binder with all the info we needed. Garage available if there was no parking near condo. Lots of extras; beach towels for swimming, DVD's, puzzles, games, kitchen supplies, etc. Very nice stay!!

Super place to stay

My wife and I have come to here for 10 years now. It's a very nice place to stay and has everything you need. It is clean, quiet and there aren't any stairs to climb. And we've had instant response from the owners if we needed anything. Highly recommended!

A great place to relax and get away for a little bit. The big tub was a lot of fun and we had a lovely view from the balcony. It was a little hard to find the building the unit was in, but we arrived after dark so that's on us. Has a lovely stay here!

Serene get away from my conference

I got there and realized I had lost my check-in email. The host was so nice and kind, even after I had to bug her twice. The place was very nice, clean, and quiet. The bed was comfortable and my husband and I were able to come back to it and relax after my evening conference. My husband stuck around the next day and waited for me to finish my days activities and said he enjoyed sitting on the balcony just watching the view.

Going to Utah!

We had a great time. The Sports Complex was nice and we spent time playing pickleball and swimming. We also enjoyed golfing in the local area. Plenty to do and see. The owner was friendly and helpful with any questions we had.

My husband and I have visited St. George for many years now as it is our primary vacation get away location. We love to off road and there are so many trails (mainly easy) that after all these years we still have not gone on all of them. We also love the nearby towns and national/state parks. We visit so often that we decided to purchase a condo for our personal vacation use and to rent it out for others to enjoy and get to know and love St. George. With a Regional airport and events all year round, St. George has become a great get away town.
