The Blue Jade is a culmination of the dreams of three generations of resilient Jamaicans. From my late grandmother who toiled as a hotel maid, dreaming of the day when she would have her own place, to my father who spent many years working on a foreign shore to build a better future for his daughter. And finally my dream to own a little piece of my lovely island.
Why they chose this property
Coming up the rugged, hillside road for the first time, I could not imagine the beautiful hideaway that lay behind the Gates of Edge Hill. Breathtaking doesn't do it justice!
What makes this property unique
The Blue Jade is tastefully decorated with of various shades of blue. We envision the space as a place to unwind, connect and reset. From falling asleep to the rhythmic chirps of crickets to sipping tea in the early morning on the front porch, the peace and tranquility of this place is what guests will remember long after they leave.
