The galley style kitchen has refrigerator, dishwasher, range, utensils, sink and cups.
There is a grill, Rock outdoor fire pit, cows, horses, deer and country views.
Also there is the saddle up bar area.
Lake is under reconstruction but filling up.
The bluegill fishing is good. Thinning of timber will be finished by March 10.
From East Loop 224 travel east on highway 21 . 2.4 miles from East Loop 224 on Highway 21 east then turn right on county road 509, and travel 1.2 miles. Black gates on left with white stone columns and automatic coded gate opener.
Once in gate turn right down paved driveway to shop on left and park on right side of building in back. Cabin is attached to back of building.
This is a fun property and is Great for getting away from the city life, plus only minutes from downtown Nacogdoches and Stephen F. Austin State University.
Rustic Hunting Cabin has with two bedrooms. One bedroom consists of two twin beds and the other bedroom has one queen bed. Furnished kitchen with electric range, microwave, dishwasher, plates, utensils, refrigerator, sink. Game room has pool table and ping pong. Trophy/living room has wood burning fireplace, coach, chairs, dining table. Small bathroom with sink, 3' x 3' shower, and toilet. Porch has outdoor charcoal grill, with chairs and swing overlooking woods and lake. Saddle up bar area with electric fireplace.
This is a rustic cabin attached to large shop , concrete parking, paved driveway to hunters cabin attached to back of ranch shop. Hunters Cabin has plenty of rustic character and great views for watching the deer, horses and cows feed thru the woods. Dish network TV. No internet on site but Cell service in area.
