College Tours

House was absolutely perfect. Came to take my son on college tours (ASU and U of A). the house was perfectly situated for easy freeway access and close to great restaurants. The pool was the cleanest I have ever seen, the house looked like a model showroom home. Located in a quiet cul de sac with total backyard privacy. Everything was perfect, clean and updated. I would DEFINITELY recommend.

Amazing Ahwatukee Home

Exceptionally clean, both inside and out. Plenty of space and amenities (towels, toiletries, spices, sunscreen, pool toys, baby gear) Easy to access location in a quiet residential area (looks close to the 202 but no road noise!) We stayed here for a week over March Break with 4 kids (12-17) and there was plenty of room and activities for everyone. Pool and spa were fantastic, we opted for the heater ($) and it was easy to use and the kids were in the water everyday. When we ventured out the location was in a great spot, close to major roads for bigger trips but coffee, groceries, food was 5 min away. We would absolutely stay here again, Shawn was a great host.

Absolutely amazing!

Both Shawn as a host and his beautiful home were amazing. Everything was as promised and Shawn is wonderful, responsive host. 5 STAR for sure. Clean, beautiful neighbourhood, amazing pool and spa, relaxing patio - the perfect place to unwind and enjoy! Would 100% stay here again.

Phoenix retreat

Relaxing Retreat

Beautiful home in great neighborhood

My family and I have stayed in many rentals and this one had the best extras. From the well stocked kitchen to the patio and pool, this house had it all. The neighborhood was ideal! Great for morning walks with hiking nearby. I would definitely recommend this home and location for any family looking to get away!

Fantastic place

We have rented VRBOs in Phoenix for Spring Break the past 5 years and this was the best rental we have booked. Great location in a cul de sac; very spacious; two separate TV/living rooms; kitchen fully equipped. Nothing was lacking. Check-in was a breeze. The jewel in this property’s crown is the back yard area — fire pit, clean BBQ, beautiful pool, and multiple seating areas with various types of chairs (including loungers). Best of all: you can’t see the neighbors. Would definitely rent again.

Spring training getaway

A group of us go every year to spring training. Although baseball was canceled during our stay, we still had a great time. Shawn the property owner was great to work with. House is absolutely beautiful. Can’t wait to return to Shawn’s house next March to watch baseball.

In spite of no Spring training we had a great time at the beautiful home and great host!

The property is beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed. The spa was perfect therapy after long hikes on South Mountain. Shawn the host was super responsive and very accommodating. We had an issue getting the TV to work and Shawn had someone out to fix it the same day. We rented this place a couple of years ago before the Dessert Foothills exit was opened. Now that the exit is open, getting anywhere in the Phoenix area is a breeze.

Golf Trip

Very nice home. Clean and well maintained. Had problems with tv but we used internet. Pool and spa have an additional fee to turn on. We chose not to pay the fee. It looked refreshing. We’d stay there again.

Excellent family house!

We stayed here over Christmas week with our son and his family. It’s an excellent location in Ahwatukee, close to the 202 freeway and I-10. The house is spacious, with a pool, hot tub (didn’t use it), pool table and Wii game. We had three teenagers who appreciated their own beds and rooms (3 upstairs) and the master downstairs. BBQ very clean outside. Thank you VRBO homeowners!

Great place to stay !

Shaun was a great host. Very quick and responsive. The home was beautiful. Plenty of space for our group. It was close enough to the city to grab a bite to eat but secluded enough behind the hills to feel like we were at our own little oasis.

Just wow

Wow, what can I say, everything we needed and wanted in a property was there. There were 8 people staying there and it was really comfortable. Foothills Getaway

This is a beautiful, clean, and spacious home in the Ahwatukee Foothills. The location is minutes away from shopping, the airport, and the interstate. The amenities are great. The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. The master bedroom is wonderful. The outdoor pool and spa areas are great with lots of privacy due to the foothills. There were no issues at this home and the host was very responsive and accommodating prior to my arrival.

Perfect Family Getaway

Wonderful experience!

Our family of five (kids 4, 6, 13) spent a week in this beautiful home and had a most wonderful time! The house is a quick drive from the airport, and you can easily get to some great hiking, restaurants, the zoo and more. The house was very clean and had all the amenities that we could ask for. The owner was response and very helpful before and during the trip. Our kids enjoyed the pool most of all - very private and perfect size for playing games and just relaxing. We will definetely be returning!

Perfect desert oasis

The house was really clean and had everything we needed including a high chair and pack&play for our baby. The pool and backyard are amazing and completely secluded. It was a very safe and beautiful location and just 20 minutes away from the airport.
