Your Lubbock adventure begins at this 3-bedroom house. With 2 queen beds and 1 king bed, this beautiful property offers a cozy retreat for guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, a washer & dryer, kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms. Situated on 2.5 acres only 10 minutes from Texas Tech Campus and UMC Health Center. Enjoy the peace and solitude and wonderful sunsets. Pets will be considered but must be crate trained. We focus on long term stays but welcome 2 night stays as well. There is even room to accommodate horses but must be approved first. Great location for college students, medical interns, temporary workers, nurses, etc. There is not a conventional stove. There is an electric cooktop and electric skillet.
