About this property

This end unit Townhome is located in the gated community of Barrier Dunes. See bottom below.

You will have access to two pools (including the gulf front pool), tennis courts and playground.

This quite little community is located across from St. Joseph Peninsula State Park and is a short drive from Port St. Joe and Apalachicola where you will find wonderful shopping and dining districts.

The beach is a two minute walk, where you will find the clubhouse, seaside pool and the cool white sand beaches that are unique and not overly populated.

At St. Joseph State Park, one can enjoy wildlife, hiking, biking, or water activities-it even hosts a marina to launch a boat.

If you are looking to golf, the St. Joseph's Bay Country Club is just minutes away.

The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance you will need for your vacation, from dishwasher to ice maker!

There is a free long distance phone, and cable with free WiFi.

A washer and dryer are located in the laundry room, and the living room has a assortment of movies, books and puzzles.

Great Place to stay

Beautiful, well maintained gated property. Everything was just as described. Very nice condo with everything you would ever need. Short walk to a beautiful beach with awesome sunsets. Looking forward to coming back here soon.

Cute and cozy

Condo was well kept and clean. A short 2 minute walk to the beach where my husband and I enjoyed having a bonfire on the beach. We also love how far you can walk into the ocean without it being too deep and of course the clear waters of the cape. Would definitely stay here again

Easy access to pools and beach

Third stay in these condo units. Nicely provided kitchen including utensils and slices. Big, working tv’s. Could use another chair in living room or longer couch. Beautiful master bedroom with wicker decor. Extra pillows might be considered. Plenty of room for 4 for sure.

Wonderful trip at Barrier Dunes

We loved the easy access to beach in this peaceful community—Quick walk to the beach. We also Enjoyed the state park and that it is so close to the property. The home is comfortable and had everything we needed. Also appreciated that we were able to bring our dog. Thank you!

Coming back ASAP

Have stayed at this complex before but needed a two-bedroom unit this time. Found it! Blake, the owner, was key to our great experience: he's local, he responds IMMEDIATELY, is understanding, and is able to tackle repairs same day (cured an ailing hot water heater in 3 hrs.). Space is exactly as described, nothing more; and, that's what I want in a listing...accuracy, not hype. Thank you, Blake ... again.

Perfect little getaway

This rental was perfect for what we needed. Good location, comfortable beds, great amenities. Blake was easy to get ahold of if needed. I loved being so close to the state park and the beach... and 2 pools nearby

Awesome Beach Condo w/ our dog

2 minute walk to dog friendly beach! 2 pools 1 heated Comfortable Kind and queen bed Lots dishes, things for doing cooking plus a grill. Beach Wagon to bring chairs and toys. Awesome Sunsets! And bonfires on beach! Definitely coming back Thanks Blake for a vacation! 😎 Rhonda

Close to the beach!

Our stay was lovely, and the property was as described. Very close to the beach, and the grounds were well maintained. The floors in the condo were not as clean as I prefer, and we wish there were more towels for our stay, but all other aspects of the visit were very pleasant.

Getaway at the Cape

We visited Cape San Blas for 5 nights and had a wonderful trip. Blakes condo is a very short walk to the beach, the heated pool is 5 condos away and <1 min walk from the condo door. The bigger pool by the beach is very close. Both pools very clean and easy to get to. The beach is beautiful, and the condo comfortable. The washer and dryer in the unit are a HUGE plus, no wet towels after a day at the pools/beach and wash and dry efficiently! The beds are comfortable. The towels plush and good size. I appreicated Blakes quick responses with inquiries and updates as needed. We can't wait to visit the cape again in the future.

Perfect Vacation

Me and my husband and our 2 dogs had a wonderful stay. This property is SUPER pet friendly and we LOVED that and so did our babies. The walk to the beach is not far at all which is awesome. We will definitely be returning!

Very nice and relaxing!

Perfect place for my husband and I to get away for a relaxing visit to Cape San Blas. The townhouse is in a perfect location within a short stroll to the Gulf. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very comfortable. We enjoyed strolling the beach, taking pictures of eagles on the cape and of course eating seafood. Our host was very attentive and helpful with any questions. Thank you!

Week at the beach

Our family had a great time at Cape San Blas! The condo is stocked fairly well, although I wish there was an all purpose cleaning spray available to tidy up after using the kitchen. We loved the family friendly vibe of the property and beach. The close proximity of the State park was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend this area and this condo!

Great vacation

We enjoyed the area and this property. Only request would be for just a few more cups and plates in the kitchen. Easy walk to the beach and beachside pool and right down from another pool, so we were close to everything.
