The fully equipped kitchen is just adjacent, giving guests easy access to snacks and drinks. The chef of your group will have all the necessary tools and appliances for whipping up delicious meals, which could be casually enjoyed at the barstool seating along the counter, or at the formal dining table with seating for 6.

- Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and tv.
- Bedroom #2 has 2 twin size beds.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- There will be roadwork on the front street and alleyway of Casa Balboa and Blissful Balboa from 1-31-25 to potentially 2-24-25.
This work is being done by the city of Newport Beach, is out of our control and may greatly affect parking in the area.
- Newport Beach often gets a nice breeze and thus this home does not have Air Conditioning.
- The home has 2 full bathrooms, 1 with a shower/tub combo and the other with a walk-in shower.
- Shared washer and dryer available onsite.
- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $250. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.
