Welcome to our family-oriented home, perfect for vacation getaways. Enjoy the expansive pool ranging from 4ft to 9ft, with a SIGNED WAIVER required prior to use. The cabana area and gas grill BBQ pit are ideal for gatherings. Feel free to utilize the entire house, appliances, and dishes, excluding closets and the garage. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master and queen beds in bedrooms 2 & 3. The game room offers entertainment with a pool table and TV. Upon departure, kindly clean up and restore items to their original order. Extended stays receive discounts, please inquire. Parties/events require prior approval, and no large parties are permitted. Please review attached parking and pool guidelines. Graduation parties are NOT allowed. Enjoy your stay!

Why they chose this property
It also consist of a cabana area whereas you can sit and lounge a party of 8 people or more. The entire house can be used as well as appliances and dishes. Master bed is King size bed. Bed 2 & 3 has queen size bed. Game room has POOL TABLE, hockey table, TV, and board games for everyone to have fun and enjoy. Very peaceful environment. PLEASE no loud noise.
