Welcome to The Berkeley Hotel! Our beautifully designed and newly renovated 2/2 is the perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and location! Located directly on historic Tennyson St and across the street from Cesar Chavez Park, you are within walking distance to many restaurants, shops & more! This unit features stunning views of Tennyson, Chavez park and the mountains!

Our tastefully designed 2/2 features high-end furnishings throughout including a King Casper Mattress & pillows in each bedroom, Viking appliances, Room & Board Furnishings, Quartz countertops, a Rain Fall Shower-head and more! Pick your style with our hand selected wallpaper finishings in each bedroom. Master has and en-suite bathroom w/shower, while the guest bathroom located in the hallway features a bathtub. When not eating at one of the many nearby restaurants our sleek and fully stocked kitchen is the perfect place to prepare food or just enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Enjoy bonus amenities such as cable TV, a Miele Stackable Washer & Dryer & Sleeper sofa in the living room.

Outside:
Within your unit, you'll have your own private balcony to enjoy evening sunsets and views of the Rockies! If you want to venture out, our rooftop deck features multiple gas grills, a fire pit, plenty of seating and unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains! Want to get out and explore? Bakery Four is located in our building and was awarded best Bakery in Denver 2023! There are many shops, restaurants, bars & grocery stores all within walking distance! Traveling with family? Cesar Chavez Park is directly across the street from the hotel!

Garage parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. We have 3 additional covered spots next to the garage. Please note that beginning April 1, 2025, there will be a parking fee of $25 per night for guests wishing to park at the hotel.

Getting Around:
You won't need a car if you plan on staying near the hotel. You'll have plenty in walking distance. If you want to get out and see all of Denver's best attractions, you will need to rent a car or Uber/Lyft to the various tourist attractions.

PACK-N-PLAY/HIGH CHAIR
Please notify us BEFORE your stay if you will need a pack-n-play or highchair. We need 24 hours notice to ensure we can deliver it to your room.

ROOF TOP PATIO
The Roof top patio is a common space for all of our guests to enjoy. For privacy, your room does have a private balcony off of the living room (See Photos).

PET FEES
We are a pet friendly rental - Dogs only. We charge a $75 for one dog and $100 for two dogs. There is a two dog maximum.

PARKING
Garage parking is first come first serve. Only one car allowed per reservation.

SELF CHECK-IN HOTEL
There is no staff on site. Self check in instructions will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival.

Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.

TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues. Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.

Suite Tennyson

We loved the Berkeley Hotel for its location on Tennyson and proximity to our Grandchildren! The suite we were assigned overlooked the park and was large, clean, and comfortable. One of the things we really appreciated was the structure and furnishings were of high quality and kitchen had almost everything we needed. The anonymous staff were quick to answer any questions and were very helpful. There are a few annoyances that we found, primarily the bedding. It’s some kind of polyester fabric and we were constantly fighting it all night long. It just wouldn’t stay tucked in and we were being strangled by bedding by morning. High quality cotton sheets would be much preferred. The apartment needs more signage explaining how things work from the TV to the WiFi passwords. We were very dry the first night and asked about a humidifier which they kindly supplied the next day. (They need several in the apartment.). Prior to arriving we didn’t know how to access the garage. It’s kind of annoying because you have to exit your vehicle, enter the code to walk into the garage and then open the garage door and race back to your vehicle before the door starts closing again. Finally, the dryer was problematic. Despite cleaning all the filters, it just wouldn’t dry things completely. All in all a great place to stay! Just a few kinks to work out.

This place is awesome

Such a nice place and well-located. This is like a hotel, but without unnecessary hotel things you pay extra for. It was pretty hot, and the AC kept up; the appliances were super nice. The rooftop patio has a great view Within walking distance to lots of bars, shops and even the grocery store.

Amazing Stay at Berkeley

We had a fantastic experience renting this apartment. The building is gorgeous, and very well maintained. The unit itself is a high end apartment extremely comfortable apartment. Hideaway Vacation Rentals was extremely accommodating, reached out prior to the trip to see if we had any questions, and does a great job making you want to come back and stay there again. If we are in the area again, this will 100% be our go to place. Not too mention it is over top of a fantastic bakery and down the street from some great bars, breweries and restaurants. Massive thanks to Hideaway Vacation Rentals, it was awesome staying at your building!

The host was great and answered questions quickly and sent a very detailed email explaining check in and out which was helpful! The property was gorgeous and spacious and very clean! Very nice rooftop patio provided a nice view of the mountains I just wish it was warmer and could have enjoyed that space more! Lots of cute shops and brewery’s and restaurants within walking distance which was very convenient!

Over all a great place- a few things didn't work not a huge deal. Very responsive owner's. Street is noisy as was the building w/ drilling and hammering in the building . Great location. Would consider going back.

Friends go to Denver

While the place is a little tricky to find but once you do it’s a great little spot! The only thing that could have been explained better was the pull out couch situation. We thought it slept 6 but didn’t realize two of that space meant pull out sofa. For adults, not necessarily ideal.

Amazing Stay!

The condo was perfect for two couples and one friend on the pull out sofa. The beds were so comfy we are looking into buying the same brand! The bedding was great too! Showers had a rainfall water head that was so relaxing after long hikes! Great location tennyson is such a cute town!

Getaway From The Mountains

Everything in the condo was perfect. As was the location. I am in the marijuana industry so I am not offended. However, I think you should know that the lobby/common area of the hotel smelled like pot very strongly. It was stronger than any of my facilities where I grow and sell mmj. You couldn't smell it inside the unit and that is all that mattered. Overall, everything was wonderful!
