Welcome to The Berkeley Hotel! Our beautifully designed and newly renovated 2/1 is the perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and location! Located directly on historic Tennyson St and across the street from Cesar Chavez Park you are within walking distance to many restaurants, shops & more! When not out exploring, enjoy our roof top common area where you can enjoy sunsets, mountain views and more!

Our tastefully designed 2/1 features high-end furnishings throughout including Casper Mattresses and pillows, Viking appliances, Room & Board Furnishings, Quartz countertops, a Rain Fall Shower-head and more! Multiple sleeping arrangements (Master, Guest room and sleeper sofa in the living room) helps accommodate different types of groups traveling. When not eating at one of the many nearby restaurants our sleek and fully stocked kitchen is the perfect place to prepare food or just enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Enjoy bonus amenities such as cable TV, a Miele Stackable Washer & Dryer & Sleeper sofa in the living room.

Outside:
Our rooftop deck features multiple gas grills, a fire pit, plenty of seating and unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains! Want to get out and explore? Bakery Four is located in our building and was awarded best Bakery in Denver 2023! There are many shops, restaurants, bars & grocery stores all within walking distance! Traveling with family? Cesar Chavez Park is directly across the street from the hotel!

Garage parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. We have 3 additional covered spots next to the garage. Please note that beginning April 1, 2025, there will be a parking fee of $25 per night for guests wishing to park at the hotel.

Surrounded by the best that Denver has to offer, Tennyson Street (located in the Berkeley neighborhood) is one of the City's most thriving streets in Denver! Spend the afternoon boutique shopping or visiting galleries or dine at one of the many popular restaurants on Tennyson. End the evening with a virtual round of golf and a cocktail next door at The South Broadway Country Club. This location is perfect for solo parties, groups, business travelers and families!

Getting Around:
You won't need a car if you plan on staying near the hotel. You'll have plenty in walking distance. If you want to get out and see all of Denver's best attractions, you will need to rent a car or Uber/Lyft to the various tourist attractions.

PACK-N-PLAY/HIGH CHAIR
Please notify us BEFORE your stay if you will need a pack-n-play or highchair. We need 24 hours notice to ensure we can deliver it to your room.

ROOF TOP PATIO
The Roof top patio is a common space for all of our guests to enjoy. For privacy, your room does have a private balcony off of the living room (See Photos).

PET FEES
We are a pet friendly rental - Dogs only. We charge a $75 for one dog and $100 for two dogs. There is a two dog maximum.

PARKING
Garage parking is first come first serve. Only one car allowed per reservation.

SELF CHECK-IN HOTEL
There is no staff on site. Self check in instructions will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival.

Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.

TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues. Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.

Great neighborhood, all you need for comfort.

We enjoyed our stay and will return. We did arrive to a place that had not been cleaned from the guests before. This was difficult for it was late and there were no clean sheets in the place. I spent hours washing sheets. I was not able to get anyone to respond that evening and not able to get someone on the phone. The cleaning crew came early am the next day and were lovely. Other than what we walked into, we enjoyed the amenities of the rental and the location.

Great Place

We traveled to Denver for my daughter's softball tournament. The Berkeley neighborhood is amazing. Our stay was very comfortable. The place is very modern and clean. Our teenage daughter was able to have privacy in her own room. Yet, we also had a family movie night in the comfortable living room. We will stay here, again.

Great Berkeley property

This is the second time I've stayed at the Berkeley Hotel. I loved it the first time and again the second. The condo is furnished with comfortable living room furniture and beds and a great kitchen. Tennyson Street is continuing to gentrify and has a lot of nice restaurants, bars and an amazing bakery on the first floor called Bakery Four. The rooftop terrace overlooking the mountains is a plus, along with a gas fire pit and two gas grills. Having an indoor parking space in an enclosed garage is another plus. The location is wonderful if you're traveling around Denver, Golden and up into the mountains. Will return again the next time I'm in Denver.

Perfectly modern and elegant

The property was very well kept and extremely clean and maintained. The room was delightfully welcoming and comfortable. All around A+. Would recommend this to anyone.

We come to Denver regularly and will always stay here!! It's not only beautiful but comfortable and located in an amazing neighborhood. Every detail screams quality. From the bedding to the high end appliances. The best part? The amount of lighting from the outside. Fell in love.

Wonderful Berkerely property

The condo is located in the Berkely hotel in west Denver. The area is obviously going through gentrification and features a number of good restaurants and shops in walking distance. A big plus is a parking space in the hotel garage. I never had a problem getting a space. The apartment is very nicely furnished. The kitchen is fantastic featuring upscale appliances and is well stocked for cooking. It appears that the unit was very recently refurbished or is new. It was in excellent condition and very clean. Will definitely be back on my next Denver visit. Highly recommend.

Great location!

We have stayed at the property numerous times! It is walking distance to our daughters house. Also, walking distance to anything you need, as far as, shopping, restaurants and so much more! I would highly recommend!

Close to our daughter!

Our daughter and son-in-law, and now grandson live a couple of blocks from the Berkeley. It is so convenient for us all. We have been stayed in about five different rooms, but we loved this one in particular!

Brand new apartment in fresh, fun neighhood

This place is awesome - we all (inc my wife and dog) visited for a week and everything was perfect. The neighborhood is fantastic with terrific bars and restaurants. Down the street is a masseuse at "Mile high therapeutic massage" - also terrific. Garage parking, green park across the street, rooftop with fireplace and grills and sunsets of the Rocky's. Will do this again!
