Summary:
Welcome to The Berkeley Hotel! Our beautifully designed and newly renovated 2/2 is the perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and location! Located directly on historic Tennyson St and across the street from Cesar Chavez Park, you are within walking distance to many restaurants, shops & more! This unit features stunning views of Tennyson, Chavez park and the mountains!

Our tastefully designed 2/2 features high-end furnishings throughout including a King Casper Mattress & pillows in each bedroom, Viking appliances, Room & Board Furnishings, Quartz countertops, a Rain Fall Shower-head and more! Pick your style with our hand selected wallpaper finishings in each bedroom. Master has and en-suite bathroom w/shower, while the guest bathroom located in the hallway features a bathtub. When not eating at one of the many nearby restaurants our sleek and fully stocked kitchen is the perfect place to prepare food or just enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Enjoy bonus amenities such as cable TV, a Miele Stackable Washer & Dryer & Sleeper sofa in the living room.

Outside:
Within your unit, you'll have your own private balcony to enjoy evening sunsets and views of the Rockies! If you want to venture out, our rooftop deck features multiple gas grills, a fire pit, plenty of seating and unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains! Want to get out and explore? Bakery Four is located in our building and was awarded best Bakery in Denver 2023! There are many shops, restaurants, bars & grocery stores all within walking distance! Traveling with family? Cesar Chavez Park is directly across the street from the hotel!

Garage parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. We have 3 additional covered spots next to the garage. Please note that beginning April 1, 2025, there will be a parking fee of $25 per night for guests wishing to park at the hotel.

Getting Around:
You won't need a car if you plan on staying near the hotel. You'll have plenty in walking distance. If you want to get out and see all of Denver's best attractions, you will need to rent a car or Uber/Lyft to the various tourist attractions.

PACK-N-PLAY/HIGH CHAIR
Please notify us BEFORE your stay if you will need a pack-n-play or highchair. We need 24 hours notice to ensure we can deliver it to your room.

ROOF TOP PATIO
The Roof top patio is a common space for all of our guests to enjoy. For privacy, your room does have a private balcony off of the living room (See Photos).

PET FEES
We are a pet friendly rental - Dogs only. We charge a $75 for one dog and $100 for two dogs. There is a two dog maximum.

PARKING
Garage parking is first come first serve. Only one car allowed per reservation.

SELF CHECK-IN HOTEL
There is no staff on site. Self check in instructions will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival.

Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.

TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues. Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Wedding weekend

Our stay was wonderful! The location is perfect to walk to the park, restaurants, or shopping. The bakery below is incredible! It was very comfortable for myself and my parents!

Denver Family Visit

So good, that we will be back again for our next visit to Denver. Clean, quiet, plenty of room. Viking oven for the chef (me). Great location across from park along with retail and restaurants.

CO Vacation

This property was wonderful! The location was excellent for walking, running, shopping and dining. Everything was a short walk away and it was great to see all of the dogs in the park in the morning. We will be back!

Great Stay for College Move-In

We stayed here while moving our son into college, the property and location cannot be beat! We were 5 minutes from Regis and 10 minutes from Downtown. Walk to amazing restaurants. Highly recommend the Cottage for breakfast and Hops and Pie for lunch or dinner. Property is just as pictured, beds comfy and has everything you need. Great communication and clear direction. Hint: Line for the bakery downstairs starts early! We’ll be back!

Honeymoon surprise

This was a honeymoon surprise for 2 of my good friends and they loved it. They said it was beautifully decorated and was conveniently close to everything (food, entertainment, and surrounding cities). It was lovely and they loved it so thank you again.

Great Location!

The Berkeley was a great experience. The layout was perfect for family of 4, and location was great for seeing local Denver attractions. Also near access to I-70 if you want to take a day trip to mountains. Overall excellent experience and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable family stay.

Chic apartment in cool neighborhood

Sophisticated, well-appointed, quiet apartment with high-end appliances, furniture, linens. Kitchen very well supplied with dishes, cookware, etc. Super clean! Within walking distance to a of great variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. No problems with wifi at all. There is a streaming option available that made it possible to work from home as needed. Underground parking a bonus in the winter. Most responsive hosts. Ever. Will book again!

Excellent location on Tennyson

This property exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect. Right in the heart of Tennyson Street. The wrap around porch was a fun place to view the action and there are great local restaurants and shopping.

The apartment was very centrally located for our needs. The bedding was not very comfortable as it was stretchy. The hot water was not very hot. Use of laundry detergent pods in the dishwasher was not ideal.

Berkely Hotel, Denver CO

We had a wonderful stay at this unit in the Berkely Hotel. The building is a new construction, the apartment is spacious with natural light throughout and wrap around balcony overlooking park across the street very nice. Fully user friendly with full kitchen and laundry appliances in unit. The very safe Berkely neighborhood is charming, with families of all ages enjoying the park, shops and restaurants along Tennyson street. Active during the day but quiet at night. Dog and garage accommodations a big plus. We will return!

What if you didn’t stay here

If you pass over this place, you’ll miss the perfect place to stay! The description and pictures are exactly what you find as soon as you enter. Everything you could want

Sleek, spacious and clean apartment, terrific location. Open plan, fully-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, private corner balcony plus amazing rooftop patio! Facility super clean with a hotel feel.

Our two bedroom unit was perfect with a modern hotel pamper feeling. Kitchen had high quality appliances and everything you would need. Super comfortable beds and nice bedding. Bathrooms very high end finishes with great shower heads! Loved watching the sunset on the rooftop area. If there was one drawback it would be poor cell service, thinking it may be due to the concrete building. We definitely will stay again!

LOVE this place!!

I can’t say enough about this property! Instructions prior to our stay were informative and helpful for our self check in. It was swift and appreciated after our late flight. The unit was the cleanest I had ever been in and I’m picky/ a frequent traveler. It was well stocked with high quality kitchen necessities, appliances, and soaps. It was great to have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. The towels were lavish to go with the rest of the place. The bed…I loved it!! I’ve had many back surgeries and before 30 so I need something supportive but not too firm. The bedding was cozy with a big fan in the rooms operated via remote to change with ease throughout the night. The large balcony was amazing overlooking the park and shops on Tennyson. The decor is perfect with lighting I admire/ would love at home. Even though our trip was brief, it was nice to have a washer and dryer to save on laundry time when I arrived back home. The parking garage was perfect and we never had a problem finding a spot. The Internet didn’t really work well but that’s not why we were here. I’ve already booked a stay for two months from now and hope to book again for next year!

Enjoyable stay

Our unit at the Berkeley was terrific in all aspects for our seven day stay. A very modern, almost brand new (but not imposing) facility right in the heart of the Tennyson business district, with plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and boutiques in the surrounding few blocks. Instructions for check-in worked smoothly. The secure garage parking was a plus. Our two bedroom unit had a large and open floor plan with lots of light and nice views of the park directly across Tennyson from our second floor balcony. We enjoyed a sunset BBQ on the facility's rooftop terrace one evening. The only issue was a weak wi-fi signal in the main living area, but management promptly sent out a technician who solved the problem with additional equipment. We had a delightful stay.
