Welcome to CASA JILLIAN
You are invited to the most beautiful and serene destination in Baja California, Mexico. This home is located in Founders Village just a few miles south of the historic town of Loreto and just a few steps away from the sandy beach of Loreto Bay.

All rooms have heating, air-conditioning and ceiling fan. Upon arriving enter our home to a private interior courtyard with water fountain feature; enjoy your morning coffee or tea under the covered patio. Open one of the three sets of French doors to the fully equipped kitchen, dining room which seats six, family room smart TV, couch and love seat, computer desk and WiFi.

From the third level view tower enjoy breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez and the Sierra de las Gigantes mountain range. If you are a stargazer you will just want to lay out all night and look up at the sky. The clear dark skies illuminate so many stars it is an incredible site. In the day stroll through these Village homes and admire the beautiful exotic landscaping and water fountains.

Lastly, if you can make the effort to get up early you will not be disappointed to observe the morning sunrises. Walk the beach and enjoy the tranquil waters. We have seen some amazing ocean life here.

There is a swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a lap pool in the Founders Village area exclusively for Loreto Bay homeowners and guests.

Nearby you can find a small grocery store, a Wine Bar owned, a coffee shop, a tour company where you can book a hiking trip, scuba diving, fishing, a trip to one of the picturesque islands, see cave paintings or rent a bike or ATV.

The town of Loreto is unique in the fact that it is a small fishing town with lots of history. It has been a well-kept secret for many years and when you visit you feel like you have stepped back in time. The pace of life is nice and slow and relaxing just what you want when on vacation. Taking the time in the day to appreciate life. There is plenty of shopping and excellent dining to be done in the cobblestone streets of Loreto and a visit to its famous Mission established in 1697 is a must. Jacques Cousteau called the Sea of Cortez 'The worlds Aquarium’. The New York Times listed Loreto #8 on their list of places to visit worldwide.

There are numerous activities including world class sport fishing, whale watching, Glass bottom boat rides, kayaking, scuba diving, snorkeling, biking, hiking and a stunning 18 hole golf course that wraps itself around Loreto Bay. Loreto has its own international airport with regular flights to and from the USA. The airport is located only a few miles from Loreto Bay. There are plenty of taxis or rental car agencies to assist you with your travel needs. Security is there 24/7

Fabulous stay

Casa Jillian is a beautiful place to stay. Our hosts thought of everything for our comfort and convenience. The location in proximity to the beach was perfect and the community of Loretto Bay was just what we were looking for. Loved it!

Luxurious comfort!

Casa Jillian is a wonderful gem! Just steps from the Sea of Cortez and walkable to all of Loreto Bay amenities. We loved our stay with star-gazing, kayaking, snorkeling and lazing about on the beach and at the pools.

Loved our Loreto Bay stay!

This Loreto Bay home was very complete in all furnishings. Each morning we comfortably enjoyed our coffee on the patio. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well on the nights that were very warm. The owner was extremely prompt in answering our questions as were the local maintenance personnel. We look forward to a return to Casa Jillian!

Amazing location

Our family of 4 (kids age 3 and 6) really enjoyed the place. The location is about as good as you can get in Loreto Bay. A few hundred feet to the beach and a quick walk to the pool. We have a lot of stuff that we bring here and there with the kids and really appreciated the wagon, along with all of the little beach type things. We cook a lot and found everything that we need in the kitchen. I cannot Express enough how gorgeous the condo is. Lots of space and well appointed. The host was very helpful and made sure that everything went well during the stay. We would advise that Loreto Bay seems to be in an identity crisis. Some people think it is a retirement community and kids should not be allowed and as a result we were not treated well by some staff and other property owners. Others did welcome our kids. The amazing condo did make up for it though.

WONDERFUL NOPOLO CASITA

Look no further! You have found the perfect spot in Nopolo (Loreto Bay) to have an amazing vacation steps from the Sea of Cortez and with all the creature comforts you need. The owner David has taken great care to ensure his rental is outfitted to comfortably house a family or two couples. My father-in-law, husband, and I enjoyed 10 blissful days in Nopolo over the Christmas Holiday. We golfed, fished, beached, dined, cooked at the casita, and thoroughly enjoyed the community in this Canadian/American “owned” enclave. Be sure to check out the local eateries when you tire of cooking, as they are just a short stroll away. The Le Bistro and Gastroteca Azul are not to be missed, but the Wine Bar and Coffeeshop were also very serviceable. You can find just about everything you need at the mini market LaCholla in Nopolo, but can go to Ley’s in Loreto proper if you’re not finding what you want. The pictures do not do Casa Jillian justice. David is a far better host than he is at advertising his amazing vacation rental and I think it’s what keeps his place one of the best kept secrets in Nopolo. Thank you David! We look forward to our next stay with you!

Absolutely perfect stay.

If you have a chance to stay at this property you should. Upon booking the owner David reached out to us to see if we had any questions about our stay. Since this was our 1st trip to Lareto we had some questions about transportation and booking experiences like visiting the near by islands. David answered all our questions and was very quick to respond both before arriving and while staying at the home. The location is perfect. You are literally less than 150 feet from the beach. You are also very close to 2 great restaurants that will take less than 3 minutes to walk to and maybe 5-6 minutes to the cute little convenience store. We made use of the 2 kayaks and Jorge at the little shack on the beach was able to book excursions and gave great advice. If you need extra kayaks or life jackets etc he has them. The wifi was super fast and if you are there in warmer months you have air conditioning in both bedrooms and also the kitchen/living room. One of our favorite parts to the unit is the 3rd floor Lookout. Each evening we would pour ourselves a glass of wine (wine bar is only a 3 minute walk) and head up to take in the view of the ocean breaking on the beach and turn around to see the sun setting behind the mountains. We could not have asked for a more comfortable and well equipped home. Our 8 days went by way too fast and we look forward to returning next year.

Well appointed house in a lovely, quiet neighborhood

Great place to stay convenient to Loreto and diving in the national park. Our dive shop was actually able to pick us up on the property for diving the southern side of the park. We enjoyed the house and cooking our own dinners and breakfasts. The house has two master suites and great outdoor space. We ate on both the outdoor terraces. The Sabets are excellent hosts, provided great, accurate, timely info. Sheets, towels, kitchen stuff was all nice. Plenty of pots, pans, casserole dishes, even some Tupperware.

Our stay at Loreto Bay

Very well appointed, beautifully decorated. Close to the beach and hotel. We had a very relaxing stay in spite of hurricane Kay (only lost power for 1 minute - no kidding!). Kayaks and snorkeling gear very much appreciated. Didn’t need to rent gear. Highly recommend.

Classic Villa Near The Beach

Our villa had old Mexico charm with all of the modern conveniences, literally everything you might need for your best vacation. It was a very short walk to a long curve of beach perfect for starting the morning or ending the day. The upstairs/downstairs bedroom layout was ideal for two adult couples. Owners are very responsive and provide excellent information about the property and surrounding area. Don't miss visiting the local bistro for fresh baked croissants in the morning!

Easy Livin at Casa Jillian

This is a super place to spend a chunck of time if you like sunshine, outdoor living and being surrounded by a quiet and colorful community. The Casa's kitchen has everything you need to make meals and drinks. We spent most of our time on the second floor patio, a comfortable place to enjoy the fresh air, in the sun or shade. Having access to 2 kayaks is a bonus, as the beach is just a short walk away. Actually, everything is just a short walk away... beach, swimming pools, restaurants, market, and golf course. A great vacation getaway.

Great Property, great owners, great communication. The owners communicated everything so well, right down to how to get there from the airport. There were no surprises and the property is conveniently located near the beach, two pools, and a handful of restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location

This property is in a great location, close enough to everything you’ll enjoy about the resort, but far enough away to not be aware of any noise. Because of the pandemic the owners have not been here for quite some time. There were a few delayed maintenance issues that I’m sure will be addressed. Communication was easy with quick responses. Great spot, you’ll love it!

A Little Slice Of Paradise

We were so lucky to have been able to stay at this casa!! The location was perfect and the host was helpful when needed. This beautifully decorated home had everything, from a wagon to help lug our groceries to two kayaks available for our use. You name it and this casa had it. We actually felt like we were guests of a dear friend; it was that well equipped and comfortable. We only hope this casa is still renting out in 2022!
