has enough luxury living space to sleep up to 24 guests. Inside you
will find an open-plan living and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen
with a breakfast bar, games room, home theater, upstairs loft area and
comfortable themed bedrooms. Outside highlights include a private
screened-in pool with a hot tub, sunloungers and a covered lanai with
an alfresco dining area, flat-screen TV and bar with bar-style seating.
**Please note:** Windsor Cay is a newly-built development, and
construction at this resort is still ongoing. Current guests will
benefit from access to the clubhouse and resort amenities on offer at
the nearby Windsor Island Resort until the facilities at Windsor Cay
have been completed.

* Pool heating must be requested 48 hours in advance; it cannot
exceed 95°F and may not function in cold weather.
* The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and will be heated only if the
entire pool is heated.
* BBQ rental is available for $75 for the entire stay.
* No daily housekeeping services are provided, but mid-stay cleanings
can be requested for an additional fee.
