Our beautiful condo comes with tons of upgrades for your added comfort. This includes a steam shower, tanning bed, and natural stone floors. Our condo is very close to The Strip and I has easy access to the airport. We feature a relaxing bathroom jacuzzi bathtub with seasonally heated floors. We have a terrace that is great for morning coffee or just unwinding at the end of the day.
We feature a covered and reserved parking space, with additional guest parking available on property.

Lastly, the community has 2 pools that are seasonly open and small gym. A park is within walking distance.

Perfect stay for Vegas vacation!

My family and I loved our stay here. The host had excellent communication and was very accommodating. He was very quick to respond to anything we needed. I thought the batteries in one of the TV remotes died (I was wrong) and the host brought new batteries to the front door within 30 minutes. The unit is very clean, you can smell the cleanliness right when you walk in. The location is in a gated community with plenty of parking and access to leave and re-enter is very easy. It’s about 7-10 min from the strip and very convenient. There is a Starbucks and 7-eleven on the corner for any last minute needs. The home decor is beautiful and adds to the comfort of a home. The beds were very comfortable and lastly, the home has really good temperature. We visited Vegas during high temps and the home stayed cool with a good functioning A/C. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for us!

Charming and very clean condo in a gated area with easy access to the street. Pretty well stocked with all that we needed. The master shower has excellent water pressure and temperature. The communication with the owner is exceptional... Chaz makes it clear that he and staff are available should we need them!

Great weekend stay

This place was ideal for us and our two dogs. It was a very quiet neighborhood and close to the James regional sports park and the strip. The steam shower was great, although the grout does look like it’s due for a scrub. The condo was very spacious. Google did lie to us on where to enter the property, so that was a little confusing at first.

Gorgeous.

The property is beautifully done within, and you’ll find everything you need on hand. The main bedroom with bath is very well done - the shower/steamroom was almost vacation time just in itself. Glorious. Our host very responsive. We didn’t have a bit of trouble, but exchanged some incidental information and he was literally moments away in his response. The property feels safe and secure, yet convenience and grocery stores, and tons of eating establishments are moments away. Beautiful place, excellent value, wonderful hosts!!

Okay stay

Chaz was an ok host. Communication could have been a little better regarding the check in process prior to our arrival. I had to reach out to him regarding this as I didn't know what to expect. But once I did he was very thorough and informative. Cleanliness could have been better. The guest prior to us must have had a dog, because there was white dog hair everywhere! Not good when you have an all black dress code for dinner party. Plant unstable in pot in dinning room fell over on husband. Thankfully it was not heavy. informative.

Cute condo

We came to Vegas for my girls cheer competition and this place was perfect for my family. It was nice, quiet, spacious and had everything we needed. The owner communicated very well and responded immediately to any questions we had. We also felt safe as it was a gated property. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful condo offering a quiet escape from the strip

The condo is very well kept and exactly as advertised. The steam shower was a highlight for sure! Chaz is a fantastic host and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a more quiet vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the strip yet close enough that you can quickly get down to the action with a short and affordable Uber ride.

Great home away from home!

We so enjoyed our visit to Las Vegas. It was nice to come back and relax in the community hot tub. My daughter's didn't want to leave. There were several extra items available for use, like spices, oil, syrup in the kitchen. Body wash and makeup remover wipes we're also available. We rented a vehicle while we were here and were very pleased with the easy access to the strip, stores, and restaurants. Chaz was extremely responsive to our request. You couldn't ask for a better host! We will definitely stay here again.

We Loved This Condo!

Four of us stayed in this beautiful condo, my husband, daughter, and 7 year old granddaughter and a wee yorkie! Perfect for all of us. The decorating is incredible! This condo is so comfortable, a spot for everyone and was very clean. Kitchen is gorgeous, everything you need. A quiet location with convenience stores very close. The quick drive to the strip was terrific, what a treat that is! Exiting and reentering by the back gate was so convenient! Chaz answered any questions immediately. Wine was waiting for us! Thank you Chaz. Wow, what a place! Would definitely stay again, no question! Again, thankyou for the opportunity to stay in your awesome condo! Perfect!

The Condo was Beautiful

Don't get me wrong the Place is just wonderful, it has everything and more than you would need, but the area was not good, we did not feel safe at all, once we left the complex, the complex is not kept up, Thank goodness we were gone all day, and came home later, one night we thought we would walk to the shopping center just a few blocks away to get something to eat, what a mistake we went back and got our car. So sorry because the owner was very nice and place is really nice once you get inside.

An Oasis in the Middle of the Desert

This condo made my experience in Las Vegas even better. My family and I did not want to leave. The rooms are large and comfy and the shower in the master room is divine. The pictures don't really do this condo justice. This might be the best find I've ever experienced on VRBO. It's just a quick walk to the New Orleans Hotel and Casino and conveniently close to the Las Vegas Strip. Thank you Chaz for the hospitality and the wine lol. I will definitely be back next year.

Great vacation!

The property was wonderful. We enjoyed the space and everyone was very comfortable. Location was great as well. Very easy to get to the strip and enjoy Vegas without being right in the middle of it. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful experience...would definitely come back.

Great place!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The host is always available if you need anything. Close to the strip however a peaceful retreat if you need a break! Easy uber/Cab ride is 5 mins. Very clean and quiet! Thank you Chaz!

Great location

Clean, close enough to the strip and conventions but much quieter than casinos

The family and I had a very comfortable stay in this spacious and clean condo just a few minutes from the strip. We cooked almost every meal in the kitchen and never had any problems with neighbors, parking or noise. Far enough away from the strip and airport to relax after a busy day. Thanks Chaz!

Great stay in Vegas

We thought that the condo was perfect and the secure parking was great. The layout of the condo was very nice and very well decorated which made it feel like home. The only issue was there was some traffic noise but overall the condo was great.

Excellent condo and great location

The condo was even better than what was portrayed by the pictures and in writing. When we arrived there was a welcoming note for my wife and I. As well as some gifts to make our stay more comfortable. The location of the condo is outstanding, close to the casinos, shows, the airport as the rental car center. I'd recommend this property for an enjoyable stay in Las Vegas.

Great place for a Las Vegas getaway

The place was perfect, and the host was too. What more can you ask for? The apartment is only 5 Lyft/ Uber minutes away from the Strip and other fun activities. We fell in love with the shower in the master suite, it has numerous jets and a steam function that converts it into a steam sauna - I need something like this at home now :) Overall a very very positive stay in a beautiful place. Thank you.

Why they chose this property

Our condo is a 5 minute Uber or Lyft ride to and from The Strip, but also far enough away if you are visiting Las Vegas for other reasons other than Las Vegas nightlife.. We are located in a nice and secure gated community. I enjoy going to the park across the street for morning jogs.
