Pool with hot tub, outdoor shower and beautiful view of Lake Barnes from the spacious lanai. Master bedroom opens up to the lanai. 10 minutes from downtown Punta Gorda and the airport. 40 minutes from Venice Beach and less than 1 hour from Siesta Key Beach. Monthly rentals only.
