Hello and welcome to Malibu!
Enjoy this contemporary oceanfront townhouse on quiet and star-studded Malibu Road with amazing views, granite and limestone kitchen & bathrooms, a living room with fireplace, a tub for two, one parking space, and a lounge/recreation area. It is spacious, quiet, and private, with the sounds of the rhythmic surf in every room.
We are located a short drive or bike ride to all the great shopping and dining Malibu has to offer. In addition to the beach, there are lots of hiking/biking trails and wine tasting nearby.
This townhouse is laid out like a house with its center hall floor plan. The primary bedroom is amazing, with a vaulted ceiling and huge picture windows that look right out to the ocean. And at night, you can see the moon and the stars without even lifting your head off your pillow!
The living room has oceanfront views, comfortable seating, a 55-inch smart TV, and a fireplace.
The kitchen has a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and everything else you'll need to cook a delicious family meal.
All three bedrooms have king-size beds with 100% cotton bedding and en-suite bathrooms.
If you have a baby, the townhouse comes equipped with a pack-n-play and feeding chair. However, the townhouse is not baby-proof, so your baby must always be supervised.
Our host checks you in upon your arrival. He will be looking out for you during your stay. The townhouse has a keyless entry, which enables 24-hour check-in and the freedom from having to manage keys.
Included with your stay is access to our shared beach-level recreation area that has a lounge, bar, ping-pong table, dartboard, and cornhole toss. There is also an outdoor shower for washing off after a swim in the ocean. In addition, we have four mountain bikes for hitting the trails or riding into town.
One off-street parking space is included. Uber is the best way to get around if you don't have a car during your stay.
There is a $75 fee per person per day if you would like more than four people to stay or visit the property. You must obtain our prior written permission, and the fees must be paid in advance.
House Rules:
Guests are expected to follow our rules and can be removed by VRBO if they cause issues.
The reserving guest will be required to present an ID matching the VRBO profile at check-in.
To preserve the tranquil environment for our neighbors, only confirmed guests are allowed on the property. No one else (including visitors) is permitted without our specific consent. We closely monitor the number of guests and document it with video cameras in the property's common areas.
Please be considerate of other guests and observe the downstairs recreation area operation hours of 8 am -10 pm.
As this property is located in a fire-prone area, smoking or the use of candles anywhere inside or outside the property is not allowed. Furthermore, smoking inside the townhouse will require smoke eradication to remove the odor. This service typically costs about $1,500.
For stays that include a Friday or Saturday night, a three-night minimum stay is required between April 1 - June 30. A four-night minimum stay is required between July 1 - September 5, as well as Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's. There is a two-night minimum stay requirement for all other reservations except for holidays. If you find available dates in our calendar between other bookings that don't meet these minimum stay requirements, we generally make exceptions to fill them -- just ask!
The posted rates include occupancy of up to four guests (including visitors not staying at the townhouse). A $75/day guest or visitor fee will be added when there are more than four people (limit of six people total).
The nightly rate includes Wi-Fi, Direct TV, trash service, and water.
Prior to leaving, do not strip the beds. Please just gather and bag all the trash. We have a strict 10 am check-out time. Following VRBO’s policy, late check-outs will result in a charge of twice the nightly rate.

Should there be any unauthorized guests/visitors or any damage to the property (including interior/exterior furnishings, grounds, or landscaping) that takes place during a guest's stay, the Host reserves the right to deduct the cost of these fees/repairs/replacements from the guest's security deposit.
