Welcome to the Chelamptons, your dream lakeside retreat in Lake Chelan! This stunning lakefront property offers the perfect setting for family getaways, group gatherings & peaceful escapes. With a private hot tub, saltwater pool, and 100+ feet of waterfront with lake access and a floating buoy for large watercrafts, you’ll be able to make the most of every sunlit moment year round.

This home offers endless entertainment with three different levels to help you enjoy your vacay to Lake Chelan. The home level, pool level, and lake level, each feature panoramic lake and mountain views and well-curated spaces to gather and unwind.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy open floor plan offering amazing lake views from every window, a fully loaded kitchen equipped with all you need, and 3 bedrooms, plus a kid-friendly loft, perfect for movie marathons. Each bedroom and the living area feature Smart TVs, and the living room’s gas fireplace adds warmth and charm on cool nights. The expansive main floor deck is equipped with a propane fire table, and plenty of lounging space is ideal for soaking up lake and mountain views. Fire up the BBQ (propane provided) and enjoy meals together at the outdoor dining table.

Take a dip in the saltwater pool (seasonally heated/available May–early October) or unwind in the hot tub. A secluded fire table with seating invites you to relax with unobstructed lake and mountain views, under the stars. Down at the lake level, there’s a picnic table, fire pit, and additional seating to create the perfect ambiance for summer days and sunset gatherings.

Located just half a mile from Willow Point Park and only two miles from downtown Manson, you’re close to Manson Bay beach, great dining, tasting rooms, and boat rentals. Every detail of this Lake Chelan home has been crafted to offer a quintessential lakeside experience.

CHELAN COUNTY VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR CHELAMPTONS:
1. Max Occupancy (daytime & night time): 6 guests (all ages)
2. Max number of vehicles: 3 (trailers and RVs are NOT permitted)
3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat)
4. No trash left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. No trespassing into neighbors’ properties (dogs & children included)
6. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans


VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OR COUNTY OF CHELAN AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation by the county (thousands more for burn ban violations)
2. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3. Immediate eviction
4. Homeowners & hosts may lose their permit to operate

CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
For security purposes, we have four outdoor surveillance cameras. Tampering with cameras is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination, eviction and forfeitures of all funds. The Property has a doorbell camera that looks at the front entrance, one that overlooks the north side of the property, deck/side of home and beginning of the shared easement down to the lake level, one that looks at the driveway/parking area for the home, and one that overlooks the path down to the patio/pool level. These cameras monitor weather, package deliveries, guest & neighbor/neighborhood security and assisting guests who may have trouble with the digital front door lock.


PETS NOT ALLOWED:
Chelamptons is not pet friendly. Please note, however the house is not pet free. The owners, who use the home occasionally, have a non-hypoallergenic dog.


WATER ACCESS:
Access down to the lake REQUIRES guests to walk up and down the shared easement path (dirt/gravel pathway). This is a steep walk that can take 10-15 mins each way. A wagon is provided to help guests transport items up and down. Vehicles are NOT allowed down the pathway.

You can tie up ONE boat to the outer floating buoy, boats are not able to tie up to the dock and the boat lift is NOT available to guests. The closer buoy is not available/strong enough for watercraft and is more suitable for a floating water pad. Anchoring of boats is not allowed due to strong winds. Boat and insurance details are required. If you’re bringing or renting a boat, please be sure to let us know and we can help provide more details. Due to fluctuating lake levels, usage of the floating buoy may not always be available.


PARKING, BOATS & TRAILERS:
Parking is permitted in front of the house and can accommodate a max of 3 cars. Boat and trailer parking are NOT permitted. Please do not block other homes’ access. Driving a full-sized car, SUV or truck is NOT allowed down the shared easement down to the water. If you’re bringing a boat, please be sure to let us know and we can provide options.


POOL & HOT TUB MAINTENANCE:
Pool & hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Fridays in the high season. Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and Mondays or Tuesdays during the low season.
*If guests refuse or turn service away, this will be an $85 charge to the guest.


VISITING LAKE CHELAN:
Lake Chelan has much to offer to every group and family. When you're not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Manson has to offer and stroll home. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events Manson and Chelan put on (Christmas at the Lake, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, and winery hosted dinners).


GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.

Great property!

We had six adults stay here for the Taste of Chelan event. All were comfortable and enjoyed ourselves. We all want to come back in summer so we can utilize the pool area!

We love boating, being on the water, wine tasting and having friends over for long weekends – this house allows you to do all that with such stunning views! Morning coffee overlooking the lake (from any room in the house), and happy hour with a glass of wine on the deck catching the sunset are two of our most favorite things.
