CHECKIN/CHECKOUT
-Check-In is 4PM and Check-Out is 10 AM
-Early check in or late check outs are not always able to be accommodated. If we have another guest departing or arriving on the same day as you, we often require the entire window of time to turn over the home depending on the guest count.
- If we can, we offer 1 hour free of charge, and then $25 per hour up to 2 extra hours (3 hours total).
- Please reach out if that would be helpful to have us contact you if an early check in is needed.
- If you want more than 3 hours extra, we invite you to reserve the night before or the night after to ensure you can arrive at your leisure.
- If guests stay past 10am without prior approval they may be subject to additional fees of $100-a full night charge if additional cleaners are needed or it delays the next guests from checking in on time.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
- Guests advised to purchase travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation policies are enforced.
PARKING
- Our driveway can fit 4 cars, of which 2 are designated for The June House guests.
- There is also ample free street parking.
NEIGHBORHOOD QUIET HOURS 10pm-8am.
- Be a good neighbor. This home is located in a residential area and we ask that you respect our neighbors.
- Park in designated parking spaces, obey posted neighborhood rules and respect the community.
RESERVING GUEST + REGISTERED GUESTS
- Reserving guest must be 25 years of age or older to reserve the home and must provide government issued ID. Reserving guest must have ID verified through Airbnb.
- The reserving guest is responsible for communicating all rules to the additional registered guests.
-Reserving guest must provide a list of each guest over the age of 18. These are the registered guests. No unregistered guests without prior approval.
- Only those on the reservation are to stay in the home and occupancy is a max of 6 people.
PET RULES + FEES
- Dogs are permitted by request and upon approval.
- A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed and subject to additional fee of $100/dog.
- Dogs must be secured in crate/kennel if left unattended at any point.
- Guests must pick up dog waste and dispose of it in waste bags that are securely tied.
GRILL
- We provide an outdoor grill for guests to use but ask that they are cleaned after use. This includes replacing the cover to the grill.
- Cleaning supplies are found under the kitchen sinks.
- Failure to clean the grill will result in a $35 cleaning charge, which goes directly to our cleaners.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITY
- No candles or open flames allowed in the home or on the property due to fire hazards. Guests may be subject to fines should this rule be broken.
-Parties and other events are prohibited at the Property.
- Commercial photography and filming are also prohibited at the Property without our express written permission.
- No tents or other structures may be erected on the property.
SMOKING
- No smoking in the home. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. We have provided cigarette receptacles and ask that they are used for disposal.
- Smoking/vaping of any type is not allowed in the home and guests will be fined up to $1000 for violations due to the extra cleaning required.
NO PERMANENT RESIDENCE
-Guests agree that use of the property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that guest may not use the property as a permanent residence; and that guest’s permanent residence is and will remain elsewhere than at the property.
DAMAGE WAIVER/ MANAGEMENT FEE
-As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide you with peace of mind protection.
- The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages to the home or its contents during your stay up to $1,500.
- Simply notify us of any damage so that we know to make necessary repairs or order any replacements.
- This protection replaces a traditional security deposit for our guests. This does not however cover intentional damage, damage incurred by a pet, or damage caused by a direct violation of any house rules.
CLEANING
-Reservations longer than 14 days will require additional cleaning fees. Mid stay cleans available upon request.
