This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home is spacious, well stocked, and situated in a perfect location. Walk about 10 minutes to Dock Square to indulge in Old Vines Wine Bar, Mornings in Paris Cafe, The Clam Shack, and more! The outside is perfect for your vacation. Play cornhole in the back yard, eat dinner on the back deck, or unwind by the fire pit on the back patio. Inside you will find an office, kitchen, living room, dining room, half bathroom, and a first floor en-suite bedroom. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a loft with a pull out queen sofa bed. The walk out basement has a ping pong table and arcade games!
