The Space:

Our spacious, inviting living area boasts a comfortable king-sized bed that ensures you wake up refreshed and rejuvenated. The studio is equipped with a compact, yet fully-stocked kitchen, where cooking becomes more than a necessity - it becomes an enjoyable experience. From whipping up a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner, you'll have the freedom to cook to your heart's content. The quaint dining area provides the perfect setting for a romantic dinner or a family meal.

Bringing along little ones? We've got you covered. The studio is equipped with a pack and play for infants, a high-quality stroller for easy walks to Liberty Park, a clean highchair for meal times, and board & card games for endless family entertainment.

You also get to enjoy modern amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV with all your favorite apps and shows available through Hulu Live TV, Hulu Streaming, HBO on Hulu. Catch up on work using our dedicated workspace or simply unwind in front of the TV after a day of exploration.

Out back, welcome to our charming outdoor oasis, featuring a dining table, fire pit with chairs, and a gas grill, perfect for dining under the stars and making memories.

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy full access to the entire apartment and outdoor area. The property features convenient self-check-in via a smart lock, with a unique door code provided upon booking. Free street parking is available right outside the building or in a secluded alley behind the property.

Located a brief walk from Liberty Park and other notable attractions, there's plenty to explore in the heart of Salt Lake City. Foodies and shopping enthusiasts alike will appreciate the easy access to the vibrant local scene right at the doorstep. With the upcoming spring season and holidays around the corner, this cozy studio presents the perfect opportunity for a relaxing spring break or a long weekend getaway.

With Memorial Day on May 26, Independence Day on July 4 and Labor Day on September 1, what's more inviting than a relaxing BBQ at the comfort of your own backyard? Our outdoor area is perfect for small gatherings with a gas grill and a cozy fire pit at your disposal.

Our prime location also lets you immerse in the dynamic 9th and 9th District with its unique local art, diverse dining, and eclectic shops.

House Rules
The Guest agrees to abide by the following house rules and understand that any violation of the following rule may result in extra fees and/or cancellation of the booking without refund. Violation of any of these rules may result in an admin fee of $50 added to any other lost item, damage, extra cleaning or incidental fees associated with the violation per violation incident.


Tobacco, Alcohol and Drug Usage
1. No Smoking, Vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere on the property.
2. No illegal substances of any kind anywhere on the premises.
3. Smoking of any kind in or near the property will result in a minimum of $250 cleaning fee and eviction from the property without refund.


Being a Good Neighbor
1. No Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor, or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts, or the like.
2. Quiet time in our neighborhood begins at 10pm and ends at 8am.
3. Be respectful of neighbors.
4. Do not have more guests than stated on your reservation and no unapproved visitors. There is a $50 per night fee for every guest not listed on the reservation.
5. No loud music or disturbances. Especially after quiet hours which start at 10:00 PM
6. Do not use shared amenities outside of their posted allowed time frames.
7. Do not park in any assigned parking spaces that have not been assigned to the guest. Do not park anywhere parking is not allowed. The owner is not responsible for damage, or costs incurred due to improper parking.


Check-In and Check-Out
1. The check-in form with attached photo government ID an photo of responsible party must be filled out before arrival. The Guest will not be sent the door code at the designated check-in time unless this form is filled out properly. Incomplete check-in forms may result in cancellation of the reservation. Reservations cancelled less than 5 days before check-in due to an incomplete check-in form are not subject to refund.
2. Early check-ins can never be guaranteed prior to the day of check-in at 11:00 AM. Confirmation of early check-in will be sent in writing via SMS, Email or the booking channel’s messaging platform between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the check-in day. The cost for early check-in is $10 for every full hour early that both parties agree on.
3. Standard check-in is any time after 4:00 PM
4. Checkout is by 11:00 AM. Due to cleaning requirements, we cannot offer late check-outs. The owner reserve the right to charge $75 for every 30 minutes after 11 AM for unapproved late check-out.
7. Please follow check-in and check-out instructions as detailed in messages sent via the booking channel, text message and listed in the guidebook.
8. The unit is equipped for self-check-in and the Owner will not be present during the check-in process.


Pets
1. Pets are not allowed, and service animals should be disclosed prior to arrival. Unapproved pets will result in a minimum $250 fee in addition to any cleaning costs, or cost to replace damaged or broken items caused by the pet.


Caring for the Property
1. Do not leave vomit, blood, or feces in the apartment. Any extra cost for cleaning any of these biohazard substances will be charged to the guest.
2. Do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper down the toilet.
3. Do not put oil, grease, bones or any other non-water-soluble items down the drains.
4. Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
5. Run the kitchen sink disposal every time food waste goes down the drain.
6. Plumbing repair costs will be passed on to the guest.
7. If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
8. Any items removed from the property, broken, destroyed, or lost will be replaced at the guest’s cost. Some costs include:
$50 - TV Remote
$75 - Amenities fob
$10 - Batteries from apartment devices such as door lock, remotes, smoke detectors, seccurity devices, etc.
9. Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.
10. Always lock the door. We want you and your things to be safe.
11. Do not place diapers or other garbage in the hallway or breezeway. Follow all apartment complex rules for garbage disposal.
