The studio’s compact yet well-appointed kitchen is ready to facilitate your gastronomic creativity whether it be a simple breakfast toast or a gourmet dinner. Equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toasters, and basic cooking supplies, you have all you need at your fingertips. Enjoy your meal at the inviting dining table, or head outside for some alfresco dining under the stars.

Your stay wouldn't be complete without experiencing our enchanting outdoor space. Complete with a fire pit, grill, dining area, and outdoor furniture, this space invites you to relax, unwind and make the most of Salt Lake City’s beautiful weather.

Business travelers will find a dedicated workspace for catching up on work or emails. We also provide other essentials like an iron and ironing board to keep you looking sharp for that important meeting. For those traveling with infants or small kids, we’ve got you covered with a Pack and Play, high-quality stroller, high chair, and family-friendly TV access.

For your comfort and convenience, you'll have access to on-premises laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer, free parking, as well as a host of added amenities like a hair-dryer, shampoo, hangers, and heating and air conditioning to keep you in perfect comfort.

Guest Access:
Our self-check-in process with a smart lock ensures an effortless entry to your retreat. Upon booking, a unique door code will be provided to you. This studio apartment is designated solely for your use throughout your stay. You are welcome to utilize the backyard space, outdoor dining area, and fire pit. Free street parking is available right outside the building, with an additional dedicated parking spot in the nearby alley.

Enjoy leisure strolls to nearby Liberty Park, picnic amidst blossoming trees, visit Tracy Aviary, or discover the local secrets of the Gilgal Sculpture Garden. As summer approaches, our refreshing air conditioning and shady outdoor area promise a cooling retreat.

With major holidays like Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day coming up, our property provides ideal accommodation for celebrations. Whether it's a barbeque in the backyard on Independence Day or a lazy breakfast on Labor Day, your holidays can be memorable days.

House Rules
The Guest agrees to abide by the following house rules and understand that any violation of the following rule may result in extra fees and/or cancellation of the booking without refund. Violation of any of these rules may result in an admin fee of $50 added to any other lost item, damage, extra cleaning or incidental fees associated with the violation per violation incident.


Tobacco, Alcohol and Drug Usage
1. No Smoking, Vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere on the property.
2. No illegal substances of any kind anywhere on the premises.
3. Smoking of any kind in or near the property will result in a minimum of $250 cleaning fee and eviction from the property without refund.


Being a Good Neighbor
1. No Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor, or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts, or the like.
2. Quiet time in our neighborhood begins at 10pm and ends at 8am.
3. Be respectful of neighbors.
4. Do not have more guests than stated on your reservation and no unapproved visitors. There is a $50 per night fee for every guest not listed on the reservation.
5. No loud music or disturbances. Especially after quiet hours which start at 10:00 PM
6. Do not use shared amenities outside of their posted allowed time frames.
7. Do not park in any assigned parking spaces that have not been assigned to the guest. Do not park anywhere parking is not allowed. The owner is not responsible for damage, or costs incurred due to improper parking.


Check-In and Check-Out
1. The check-in form with attached photo government ID an photo of responsible party must be filled out before arrival. The Guest will not be sent the door code at the designated check-in time unless this form is filled out properly. Incomplete check-in forms may result in cancellation of the reservation. Reservations cancelled less than 5 days before check-in due to an incomplete check-in form are not subject to refund.
2. Early check-ins can never be guaranteed prior to the day of check-in at 11:00 AM. Confirmation of early check-in will be sent in writing via SMS, Email or the booking channel’s messaging platform between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the check-in day. The cost for early check-in is $10 for every full hour early that both parties agree on.
3. Standard check-in is any time after 4:00 PM
4. Checkout is by 11:00 AM. Due to cleaning requirements, we cannot offer late check-outs. The owner reserve the right to charge $75 for every 30 minutes after 11 AM for unapproved late check-out.
7. Please follow check-in and check-out instructions as detailed in messages sent via the booking channel, text message and listed in the guidebook.
8. The unit is equipped for self-check-in and the Owner will not be present during the check-in process.


Pets
1. Pets are not allowed, and service animals should be disclosed prior to arrival. Unapproved pets will result in a minimum $250 fee in addition to any cleaning costs, or cost to replace damaged or broken items caused by the pet.


Caring for the Property
1. Do not leave vomit, blood, or feces in the apartment. Any extra cost for cleaning any of these biohazard substances will be charged to the guest.
2. Do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper down the toilet.
3. Do not put oil, grease, bones or any other non-water-soluble items down the drains.
4. Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
5. Run the kitchen sink disposal every time food waste goes down the drain.
6. Plumbing repair costs will be passed on to the guest.
7. If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
8. Any items removed from the property, broken, destroyed, or lost will be replaced at the guest’s cost. Some costs include:
$50 - TV Remote
$75 - Amenities fob
$10 - Batteries from apartment devices such as door lock, remotes, smoke detectors, seccurity devices, etc.
9. Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.
10. Always lock the door. We want you and your things to be safe.
11. Do not place diapers or other garbage in the hallway or breezeway. Follow all apartment complex rules for garbage disposal.
