The villa is perfect for couples, business travelers and families with children. It has 5 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms with an open kitchen and living room which is perfect for families to socialize easily, and the living & master bedroom opens up onto the oversized pool deck with South Facing Pool and Spa, which catches the sun all day long. We recently tiled all of first floor with new smart TVs in the bedrooms and 3 adult bedrooms have new mattress. A luxury vacation home in every sense for you to enjoy and return year after year.

My husband and I have two boys who travels to Florida frequently. We love the beaches, theme parks and other outdoor adventures.
We have relatives in Florida which made an easy decision to purchase an investment property which eventually will be our retirement home. We purchased our dream home in 2016 Davenport Florida. As soon as we saw this executive bungalow, we fell in love immediately with the layout, floor plan, location, with natural light throughout the house in a very quiet community. This property is very close to many amenities including golf courses, basketball courts, groceries, hardware stores, banks, gas stations, fast food and restaurants.
