We spent 10 days over Christmas and New Years at the house. Very good location, short walk into Akumal, beach club a 3 minute walk away. The beach club was fantastic, the staff were amazing and the food and drinks were excellent. Beach is good, cannot snorkel right there but a short walk and there is very good snorkeling. The house was good but a few issues; not great communication with the manager, not well stocked with essentials (6 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel, no laundry detergent, nearly empty dish soap, water for the water cooler) we did purchase all of those items, but I would expect a better inventory of essential for the price point. There was issues with the drainage for the kitchen sink that we repaired repeatedly. We did report the issue and there was someone that came to “repair” but we had to fix immediately after he left. Overall the house was good but be aware you will need to be prepared for a stay.
