This 6 bedroom, 4 bath house is just 2 blocks to the Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk AND two blocks to the main avenue with restaurants, coffee shops, many unique stores, and multiple galleries. Located between Philadephia St and Delaware Ave, this beautifully landscaped property has 2 outdoor patio areas the one on the west side of the house features hot tub and built in gas grill and large teak dining table. It is beautifully lined with trees for privacy. The east side patio features a 4 seat teak dining table and several additional chairs. There is also an outdoor shower that is shared with small cottage house on the corner of the property. Off street parking for 2 cars and 2 Rehoboth Beach parking passes available for our in season guests. With enclosed porch on 2 sides of the house, there is easy access to the house from parking area. Enter to one of 2 living room areas featuring flatscreen TV and wood burning fireplace. Up 2 steps to another living room and dining area refurnished summer of 2012. This house also features and first floor bedroom with queen size bed, cable TV and a full bath with granite and glass shower. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, cable TV and seating for 4 at the breakfast table.

The second floor features 5 bedroom and 3 baths. 2 of the bedrooms each have a bunk bed and single twin bed, great for kids. Two bedrooms feature queen size beds and the two Master bedrooms at the end of the hall have King size beds and private newly renovated baths. One of the master bedrooms has vaulted ceilings, a beautiful woodburning fireplace, and a patio that comfortably seats 4-5.

Fantastic Weekend

Great house to share with family for the weekend! Would definitely do it again! House was clean, and spacious, with plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have privacy, and sleep well!

Fantastic house!

We (family of 6) had a wonderful stay at David's house in Rehoboth. It is exactly as pictured in the listing. The house is very comfortable, with lots of space to hang out. The kitchen has everything you need, including 2 refrigerators. There are 2 outdoor seating areas. We were a close walk to the beach and all of the stores on Rehoboth Ave.

Great house near the beach

Every year a group of us rent a house in Rehoboth to celebrate our October birthdays. This house was wonderful. Nice rooms, great outdoor space with a hot tub, lovely common space. And a lovely owner. Highly recommended.

Lovely Stay

Family vacation

This property is in an excellent location, just a block away from the beach/boardwalk and steps away from some of the best restaurants in Rehoboth Beach. This is a great house for families with children as well as the Funland amusement park is on the same street just a block away. This property also has a great back patio which is a great area to unwind with a cocktail after a long day at the beach.

Wonderful stay in Rehoboth!

We had a great family trip to Rehoboth! The location of this house can’t be beat, with a short walk to the beach and Funland. The layout of the rooms and lots of common/living room space was helpful, as well as the sunroom/wraparound porch. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a wonderful week!

Beautiful home in a great location

The home is literally a stone's throw from the main street in Rehoboth Beach. And it's at most a 5 minute walk to the beach if you're a leisurely stroller. It has all the amenities you would ever need, and there's plenty of lounging space. Very important to me are the beds, which are very comfortable. I highly recommend this home!

Family Reunion

Great stay at this house just two blocks from the beach. Everything was as described and it is especially nice that there was a large dining table with seating for 12–often homes that sleep that many still don’t have a large dining area so we really enjoyed that. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware and two refrigerators! It would be nice if sheets and towels were provided—we flew in from multiple cities and it is a pain to have to bring your own linens. Also, other than two boogie boards, there were no beach goodies—a few chairs at least and maybe a couple of pails and shovels would be a big upgrade at little cost. Overall we loved the house and would stay again.

Fantastic week at the beach!

We had a great stay at Rehobeth. David’s home was perfect for us. The location is a short walk to the beach and a short walk to the main part of town. We loved having two patios and had all of our dinners outside at the larger table. The kitchen is well stocked. Some of the bathrooms were just remodeled. The house accommodated our group well, with some rooms further away from the main spaces downstairs. Our youngest guests easily took their naps in the quiet away from the others. There were a few small quirks we experienced that are normal house things— such as the upstairs AC (the house has 2 thermostats!) needed us to throw the breakers switch in the basement to get it running (we started the week with cool weather and the heat on and ended it with hot weather and AC) and one of the fridge’s ice makers didn’t work (the house has 2 fridges! But there is an ice maker in the basement.). But David was super super responsive, kind, and helpful. We’d love to stay again.

Great location close to Rehoboth Ave

Big house cut up in discrete rooms. Good for separate space when multiple families are involved but a contrast to a more open layout. We walked to Rehoboth Ave constantly, it was so close. Beach is ~10 minute walk when fully loaded with gear. We fit 3 cars in the driveway while still leaving space for the apartment next door. Hot tub, outdoor shower and grill worked fine. Second refrigerator was very convenient. Big tables for meals were helpful. Bedrooms didn't have much space aside from beds. Plenty of bathrooms.

Great House! Great Location

The house was perfect for us, 6 adults and 2 teens. The 6 bedrooms allowed everyone his/her own space. The bedrooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. The downstairs is the best with two sitting rooms with the most comfortable sofas. The kitchen is well equipped. The location couldn’t be better being close to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants One funny experience—after a long drive we all arrived at the house got in and headed for the bathrooms. Alas, no toilet paper at all in any bathroom. Thankfully someone had tissues in car. House doesn’t supply such things to get started. So come prepared. As you need to supply your own sheets and towels and can’t bring your own, there are rental companies Check in was easy and the manager always responded quickly. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this house.

Disappointing stay

I wish I could give this house a better rating It is very big and central, and it fit my group of women nicely, with beds for all 7 of us. (The beds are comfortable but some of the existing bedding could use an upgrade... I would recommend brining your own blankets/comforters in addition to other linens! The different sitting rooms and outdoor spaces are lovely. But ultimately I feel disappointed with our stay. The reason I booked this specific house was very much because of the hot tub. There were plenty of other less expensive options in the area that could have suited our group but I convinced my party that the hot tub would add tremendously to the weekend and we all ultimately agreed. When we arrived on Thursday, the hot tub hadn't been cleaned. David, the property manager, said it would be done the next day. It was not. Ultimately the hot tub was not available to us until Saturday. So we had two out of three nights without one of the top amenities and key selling points of the property. As the coordinator for this bachelorette weekend I had built evening activity time around the hot tub and had gone to some lengths to convince everyone it was worth the extra splurge for this amenity. If this disappointment had been dealt with in a way that felt appropriate I would feel better about the situation. But after some back and forth with David we finally received a pithy refund. David was a pleasure to work with leading up to our stay, he was responsive and friendly. And he came over and helped out when none of the lights were working in the living room / dining room when we arrived. But neither I nor my group feel properly compensated for our significant disappointment.

Excellent property for a family

This was our 5th stay at this property for Thanksgiving. It is perfect for our family. The kitchen is well stocked and the outdoor patios are an awesome bonus.

Jones Girls

We were a group of 8 ladies who met outside regularly during COVID and continue meeting today at the playground of a local school (Jones Elementary) in Annapolis. Last year, we gathered at a rental property at Deep Creek in MD, but we wanted to try the beach this year. Several have been to Rehoboth and recommended it.
