About this property

Stylish Lakefront Villa with South Facing Pool. A short drive to fine beaches.

The villa has two large reception rooms furnished in a comfortable relaxed style. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large cooker, fridge freezer with ice water feature and a dishwasher. We provide both electric and stove top kettles, coffee makers and a large toaster. You will find crock pots, a smoothie maker and a full pan set for cooking large meals amongst other kitchen accessories.
A spacious quiet dining room has a table with seating for 6. A smaller dining table in the kitchen seats four alongside a breakfast bar seating two. There is a further table on the pool deck area seating four alongside a new full size gas BBQ for guests to use at no cost.
The heated swimming pool has a child safety net under a screened cage.
A washer and dryer are in a separate room. There is a king bed in the master, queen bed in second and twin beds in third bedroom all with pillow top mattresses. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions and bedside radios.

This was an excellent 5 week stay. The house gave us everything we needed, and the weather made everything perfect. We are looking forward to next year where we are thinking about a 6 week stay.

The 3 bedroom house was lovely and very quick communication with owners. Pool at house was nicely heated. Community center larger pool was also fun for the kids to use.

Lovely Villa
Very pleased with this villa. The villa was exactly as described. The owners were very responsive and obviously love their property and take that extra effort in making their home extremely homely. Several nice touches eg. providing additional items you would find useful but not included in alot of villa inventories. It is well located for Anma Maria Island,Siesta Key and Lido Key beaches. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home.

Great owners. Had to call property manager for a problem, came within the hour and problem solved. Great neighborhood. Peaceful and quiet. Everyday shopping, restaurants very close. Pool was clean. We had a wonderful trip and felt like we were coming home after a long day sightseeing.

This villa in a quiet, upscale neighborhood is a great home base to enjoy the Bradenton/ Sarasota area. My husband and I found the neighborhood great for walking with pretty landscaping and friendly neighbors. The sunrise views over the pool and water were a delight. The home has every amenity one would need and is only about a 30 minute drive to gulf beaches.

Lovely villa in great location
A lovely, comfy villa, lots of space, in a great location in Bradenton. Lots of shops, restaurants, nature preserves, beaches, all within a 40 minute drive. Was a great place to unwind for 9 days after 5 days in Orlando. Pool was nice to splash around in - 5 year old daughter loved it! 16 month old son not so much but we'll educate him! Big garage, lots of floaties for the pool, kid-safety screen around the pool which was a definite bonus. Big tellies, streaming services, quiet lounge as well for reading, etc. All in all, as the second villa we've hired in Bradenton in general, this is a better location and would consider going back in future.

The stay was exactly as described in the listing. Grill hadn't been cleaned in a while by past guests, but listing indicates that it is the responsibility of the rentets to clean it prior to checking out if they used it. Overall a simple and uneventful stay!

PERFECT!
My daughter and I booked this beautiful home and stayed there with my two grandkids. This place was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed every single minute. Very clean, spacious, plenty of bath towels and pool towels. Nicely decorated and pulling into this community of homes, I felt like a movie star! It is very well maintained through out and so very quiet! Awesome neighborhood. My grandkids favorite was the pool! They were in the pool morning noon and night, they were even impressed about the home and they are 5 and 7. Very convenient to shopping and Anna Marie Island. We hope to stay again at this beautiful property! Property owners are amazing, very quick responses and always helpful! You won’t be disappointed in this home at all!!

Wonderful stay in Sabal Harbor
First of all, the communication with the owners once booked and before my arrival via email was great. We chatted back and forth about a few things before I arrived and the response was always very timely. My daughter goes to Medical School in Bradenton and we've been to the area several times, but always about 30 - 40 minutes away from her. For this stay I wanted a place closer to her apartment and I picked this listing mostly because it was within 10 minutes of her and I'm so glad that I did! I was there with a few girlfriends for the first part of the week and then my husband and son came down for the last half of the week - we all enjoyed the stay very much! From the minute I walked in, the house was just perfect. It was very, very clean and well kept. It is arranged very well and everyone had a place to go for some quiet time if they needed it. The beds were all comfortable and the closet space, especially in the master bedroom was great! The kitchen had all the amenities that we needed. The pool and outside area was perfect. We would sit out each morning and have our coffee looking out over the pond watching all the wildlife - it was so peaceful. The pool is a good size and we certainly enjoyed it very much! The management company did come by twice during our stay to maintain the pool. We happened to be out while he was there and he made sure to check to see if we needed anything. I would certainly stay at this property again. If anything, I feel that the pictures that are listed with the property don't do it justice. My only complaint is the house is not available when we are coming down for our next visit :( But I will be sure to check availability for future trips! Thanks so much for a great week at Sabal Harbor!

Little piece of paradise
We had an amazing time. The house was so inviting. We didn’t have no complaints. It was within minutes of the airport, beaches and food places. The pool was amazing. The house was very well maintained and had everything plus that we could possibly need to make our vacation one for the books. We have another cornhole tournament coming up in a couple of months back in Bradenton and this will definitely be the place we want to lay our head. From start to finish is was such an wasting booking. Thanks for the memories.

My name is Pauline. My husband Howard and I purchased our lovely villa nearly 20 years ago. We have spent a great deal of time making it a colourful and comfortable home to try to ensure that our guests will always have an enjoyable stay in this wonderful location.
We love the home and the local area and try to visit twice year to enjoy visiting the many towns and beaches nearby such as Siesta Key and the fabulous Anna Maria Island.
We live in the UK in the north of the country in an area called the Lake District where I work for a cottage rental company and my husband renovates period properties for a living.
We have made many friends during our ownership of Little Palms Villa, and are pleased to have many repeat bookings from guests who stay there, some returning year after year.

Why they chose this property

We spent a long time choosing our Florida home and decided that the place with the greatest appeal for us was the Gulf Coast with its superb beaches and unhurried lifestyle compared to other areas we visited. The home is just a 5 minute drive from the I 75 (running north south the length of Florida) close to the west coast allowing easy travel to the many attractions of the Sarasota and Bradenton area. The main point that we loved about the villa was the south facing view over the pool to the rear over the peaceful lake.

What makes this property unique

Our villa has all of the amenities that any guest would need for a comfortable, trouble free stay on the Gulf Coast. We have a fine management company who look after the home in our absence, and guests are constantly remarking on how clean and well maintained Little Palms Villa is. We have televisions in most rooms, a Bose sound system connected to the one in the in the main living room and radios and sound systems throughout the home. Our fully equipped kitchen means that the occasional evening at home is a must, with dining areas in the kitchen, dining room and outside on the tiled patio area beside the pool. We provide a regularly replaced gas BBQ at no charge to guests (including gas). There are five sun loungers beside the heated pool which has underwater lighting to enable evening swimming and is under a lanai screen.
Fully air-conditioned, the home is a great base for families or even couples to spend time in comfort while exploring the great facilities in the locality. These include the pure quartz sandy beach and town of Siesta Key, the stylish city of Sarasota ( both reached within half an hours drive of Sabal Harbour) and the beautiful Anna Maria Island with its quaint 'Key West' feel and miles of clean beaches.
