Your Colden getaway awaits at this 4-bedroom house. Inside, you'll find 2 queen beds and 3 twin beds, perfect for a group of friends or family. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, fitness equipment, and incredible views during your stay.
The 2 bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Enjoy a bath while overlooking the beautiful private 5 acre landscape. Outside you have the choice of relaxing on the large deck or the pavilion with a large entertainment space with a fireplace.
You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. House is located 15 mins from East Aurora, Bills Stadium 20 mins, Ellicottville 43 mins, and Downtown Buffalo 30 mins.
We are located in the lake effect snow belt in western NY. During the winter months, it is suggested to have a 4x4 or AWD vehicle to make the driveway more manageable. There will be parking spots cleared at the end of the driveway if needed.
