★ Grande Rockies Update: Hallway Replacement Project
- There's an ONGOING Hallway Renovation Project. You will see information/caution signs in the lobby and by all elevators in place.
- Contractors will need unit doors to be opened so they can paint door jambs.
- Please allow them space to do needed work, and please be cautious and watch your step during constructions.
★ Exterior Lot/Roundabout and Parkade Ramp Gravel Cleanup
Please be advised that the exterior lot/roundabout and parkade ramp gravel cleanup will take place on Monday, April 28, 2025 at 8:30 am. Please ensure that your vehicles are moved out of the exterior lot and roundabout by 8:30 am to facilitate this cleaning.
Please use the parkade or street parking until access is permitted, all work will be completed the same day.
IMPORTANT: Please be advised that the pool facilities will be closed from April 13th to April 18th for the annual maintenance.

-All additional fees are subject to GST and Alberta Tourism Levy taxes for 9% total.

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:
1. Sign our short-term rental agreement
This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2. Complete ID verification
All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3. Choose your damage protection option
You’ll have two options to finalize your booking:
– Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay.
OR
– Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.
Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

Check-in time is 4PM. This allows us time to help ensure your safety through enhanced cleaning measures.
