VB Oceanfront Condo - 1.5 Blocks To The Beach!

Located in the heart of the world famous Virginia Beach Oceanfront, this condo is the perfect place to visit the sights, enjoy amazing restaurants, and enjoy our beautiful beaches year round. Enjoy the beauty and entertainment that the VB Oceanfront has to offer.

You'll have off street parking (one spot) and be 1.5 blocks to all the action of the resort area including sun, sand, and fun.

The Space
The space is great! You'll rave over the location but the space is very functional and comfortable. It’s 2 queen bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Parking
It can be difficult in a resort area but we will provide off street parking for one vehicle (remember to use the provided parking pass!!). A second parking pass will be made available and can be used as space permits. Typically, it is not a problem.

A large open great room leading into the full kitchen, microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker, along with some other modern conveniences. Rest on the porch after a day on the beach or walking the sights!

Central air/heating, TV, VCR, DVD Player, Private Porch/Outdoor Patio.

We are in the heart of the oceanfront area so alternative transportation is available. No, not just surf boards, but buses and taxi's are easily available nearby.

The condo is not equipped for the handicapped. It has steps to the front door that do not allow for wheel chairs. Limited mobility.

The Neighborhood
Our neighborhood is very a wonderful blend of tourists and locals. It has beautiful beaches, farms nearby, hotels, as well as small single houses.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Nice getaway
We had a very nice stay here. It was close distance to the beach, plenty of space, and full functioning kitchen. The condo is well kept. Everything we wanted was in walking distance. We drove to dinner one night, but having parking it was stress free. The owner was available to answer all questions. We enjoyed the place!

VA Beach Condo
My family and I stayed here for 5 nights over the Fourth of July holiday. The location was perfect. It is a block and half from the beach. There is a 7-Eleven and Walgreens close by, which was convenient. It's within walking distance to many restaurants and the "boardwalk" area, so you only have to get in car to drive somewhere if you want. The off-street parking is stress free. The condo residents in the building were all friendly. It was a quiet building. The condo was very spacious and clean. We didn't cook at all, but there was a full kitchen. The master bath could definitely use updating, as it was dark and dingy. The owner was easy to communicate with and helpful. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Spacious Rental with Great Location
The rental was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located just a block from the beach. It was so convenient to be able to lug our stuff a short walk to the beach, and we never had to use any form of transportation other than our feet. The condo itself is really large, and both rooms have attached bathrooms. This would be a great place for a small family, or a few friends. The owner, Jim, got back quickly to any questions that we had. We got in late, but had no issues getting into the condo. Checkout was also easy, and Jim even gave us a few extra hours. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Amazing location that is clean and friendly
This place was perfect. Jim was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. You can’t beat the location within a 5 min walk you can hit the beach and multiple resteraunts and bars. It truly is right in the middle of everything. The condo complex is quite but friendly. We rarely saw anyone as we came and went but everyone we did see stopped to say hi and welcome us to the beach. The condo it’s self is very spacious and well maintained. The beds were incredibly amazing and multiple times I had to force myself to get off the couches in order to go out because they were just so comfortable. The parking passes for the lots are a life saver because it gives you the ability to go somewhere during the day and not worry about having a spot when you return. I would absolutely book this space again for our next trip down.
