Guests have full access to the entire property, including the private patio, where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in the sea breeze.

Our boutique hotel room comfortably accommodates up to two guests, offering an open-concept layout with one bathroom. This designer room includes a cozy queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, making it ideal for solo travelers, business guests, or couples looking for a relaxing escape.

Guests can enjoy shared access to Ocean Park Beach, just a short 5-minute walk away, with detailed directions provided upon arrival.

San Juan is a city best explored by foot or bike, but there are also plenty of other transit options:
•Walking: Most attractions, restaurants, and beaches are within walking distance.
•Biking: Rent a bike from one of the nearby rental shops for a fun and eco-friendly way to see the city.
•Public Transit: The local bus system is reliable and affordable, with stops conveniently located throughout the neighborhood.
•Rideshare: Uber and local taxis are readily available and can take you anywhere in the city.

Adults-Only Property: So that you know, The Weekender is an adults-only hotel. For the comfort and privacy of all guests, we do not allow children or infants. All guests must be at least 21 years old.

Guest Requirements:
•Guests must be at least 21 years old to check-in.
•Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 11 AM. Late check-outs without approval will incur extra charges.

Paid Amenities:
•Add-on services available via our Guidebook's Otium Store tab include early check-in, late check-out, and birthday balloons.

Beach Essentials:
•We provide beach towels and beach chairs.

Starter Package:
•Each property includes two large bath towels, one beach towel, one washcloth per guest, a hand towel per bathroom, mouthwash, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, two snacks per guest, water, paper towel, two toilet papers, dish soap, and hand soap. Additional packages are available for purchase.

House Rules:
•No parties, events, or smoking. Quiet hours: 10 PM onwards. NoiseAware monitors sound levels (not content) to ensure compliance.

Verification:
•Provide a government-issued photo ID and matching credit card, complete our verification process, and sign a rental agreement.
-You acknowledge that there is a non-refundable damage waiver fee of $30 to cover any potential incidentals during your stay.
