Spring break family reunion

One of the nicest stays we have ever had. The house was very nicely stocked with supplies, games, etc. which was a nice surprise. Community facilities were great. Comfortably fit 16 people. 7 adults and 9 kids. Slightly outside but of main St George which was very nice. But not to far. One of the easiest check outs. Parking handled 4 vehicles, 2 in garage and 2 in driveway plus overflow parking literally next door. We plan on staying here again.

Relaxing Vacation with Great Amenities for the Family

we have stayed at the ledges a few times. the location and views are great. away from town a little bit which is so nice and quiet. we will stay here again when in St. George!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience and the property was beautiful. Great customer service and amenities with things to do around the property.There were a lot of things to cook with, however many were filmy or dirty. That coupled with the small amount of cleaning supplies had us going out to grab more so we could cook. The oven was also very dirty and caused the house to get smoky if we ever had to use it - but we didn't have time to run a self-clean on it while we were staying.I am sure this is just a fluke and would definitely stay here again!

Fun Getaway

Very nice accommodations…a couple of the TVs were not working when we got there but maintenance promptly came and fixed the problem. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect family vacation

The condo was perfect for our family of 11. It was well stocked and very clean. All of the beds are very comfortable and lots of room for everyone. We enjoyed both of the community pools and pickle ball courts were a huge hit for everyone. We are hoping to come back and will definitely look to rent from you again. We loved being at the end of the street. Thanks for everything!

Not ready for check in and dirty

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at The Ledges in this community before but unfortunately this time was not so great. Our unit was not ready for check in at 4P the cleaning person was still there. Once she left and we went in we found that the space was pretty dirty. Floors were obviously not clean, there was chewed gum on the counter, soda cans under the bed, dirty socks in one of the closets, a burger wrapper in the bathroom drawer and one of the beds looked like it had a dirty comforter. Our cleaning fee was refunded which is great but unfortunately that’s all that was offered and we won’t likely stay here again. Also fully stocked was not enough toilet paper or garbage bags.

Recreational trip

The property was clean and large enough to accommodate our group of nine adults. Excellent kitchen with quality cook wear. The home had easy access to Snow Canyon for hiking and gunlock reservoir for fishing. Great stay at a great place!

Short Family vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this property, the house was very functional for all of our needs. The pool, hot tub and pickleball courts were fun, the house was amazing and the kids loved the big room with all the beds so they could have a great cousin adventure. We loved being out of the busy part of St George. My husband and daughter enjoyed playing the golf course and the neighbor hood is quiet.. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you

Family Gathering!

The rooms were spacious. There were 14 of us and everyone had a comfy bed. Plenty of hot water. The pools were great and so was the pickle ball court. Lots of things in the area to do. Great time even though it rained daily. Had an issue trying to pay with multiple credit cards - the only issue we had.

Perfect Getaway

Wonderful stay! We had 10 guests with plenty of room for more. Just a 10 minute drive to Snow Canyon and we could easily walk to the pool/pickleball area. Would definitely recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful unit and place to stay. Our only 2 complaints were the pillows are terrible! (bring your own) and both garbages for the unit were OVER FULL and spilling out from the group that was there before us and garbage day wasn't till after our stay. We either had to just keep garbage bags stacked in the garage or haul them to the dumpster a few miles away.

Family Christmas Getaway

The property was amazing. Everything we expected. The location in the units was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Had trouble with the front door staying locked, but I’m sure that can be fixed before the next visit. I recommend this property for families. Was amazing!

Great Stay

Excellent communication by the Ledges Team. Very helpful during the checkin process for early access to the condo. They even went out of their way to see how long the cleaning crew was going to be and drove to the condo. Everything was well maintained and cleaned throughout.

Great time had by all.

Hello, Thank you very much for the accommodations, they were fantastic, everyone loved them. Just a couple minor things to help overs in the stays in the future: 1) the upper balcony is beautiful, and set up perfectly, but would recommend hanging some of those outside lights, as it is extremely dark after 8pm and it would be nice to sit out there,. The other attached condo on the other side has them. 2) The 2 times we used the barbecue it was extremely smoky, and didn’t put anything on it. One of the guys staying there mentioned he has the same model and got rid of his for the same reason. Not saying get rid of it, just wanted to mention it’s smoky. Thank you again for the amazing accommodations and will be booking through Red Rock again next year for St. George. Cheers, Sheldon
