In Casa Residency, we will run on hotel concept, so no shared room is provided from our side, our unit is all suit for business traveler, couple and family travelling.

For every room, guest will have their private washroom only for you and all guests can enjoy the facilities that the buildings provide (including swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, and etc.)

Casa Residences Suite is a 5-minutes walking distance to Berjaya Times Square and Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC).

Bukit Bintang takes only 7-minutes walk away and Pavilion Shopping Mall is a 10-minutes walk from the property. It is approximately a 1-hour drive to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).

Way to public transportation like bus is just few step away, for mass transportation like LRT (light rail transit) or Monorail Transit is just 8 minutes walking distance away, and once you reach LRT or Monorail Transit, you already can set your destination to whole west Malaysia!
